Good location really relaxing

Apartment 1 was right above reception and seemed to be a way to access the rest of the properties. This meant we had people walking right past the room on our balcony so wasn’t as private as maybe some of the other rooms.

Apartment was a good size, had everything we needed. Nice little welcome pack on arrival with essentials. Beds really comfortable. Pools clean and good sun loungers. Little park for kids to play. Short walk from the lake and restaurants. Quiet area.

Hot tub only available to handful of apartments and hardly seemed to be used when we would have loved to get 30mi s use of it but didn’t have a deluxe apartment. Think it should be available to more apartments to use at set times.

The wifi was not great. Everything else was lovely.

Beautiful scenery, close to the lake, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Choice of two pools.

It was written that our deluxe room has private jacuzzi. But it was shared with other people. And it was so cold. We were 7 people in 3 bedroom apartment but there were only 2 toilet paper rolls ,2 coffee capsules in the welcome box.

Enough large rooms. Equipment of the kitchen. Hot water and dreinage in the bath.

Very nice location with great view. Our room was really specious and well equipped. Coffee on a terrace was a nice experience. Great plus for parking place.

Nice view of the lake, the terrazza was perfect for drinks and meals, the barbecue was great.

Check out at 9.30 is far too early, this is not typical. We had to leave in the morning anyway, but otherwise would have been annoying.

Very clean and comfortable, only a couple of minutes walk to the lake with cafés and boardwalk. Easy check-in and check-out, parking garage on site. Each apartment has a terrace, the view varies depending on location. The swimming pools looked very nice.

Not much kitchen utensils for cooking. Knives for example are dull.

The welcome kit I think it is the same if you stay one night or 3. It doesn’t have hand soap for the bathroom/kitchen. I guess they forgot that people wash their hands. It also contains only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom. We had to go shopping for hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and trash bags. I think they should provide them.

Amazing location and views from our apartment. The 2 bedroom apartments are great, they have a stove (no oven), fridge and microwave. The place has a small playground, enough to entertain small kids for a bit. A grill zone. And plenty of space to walk around. It was still a bit cold so we didn’t use the swimming pools, but they looked nice as well. The staff in the reception was super nice and friendly. They also provided 2 baby coats and 2 high chairs for our apartment. There are restaurants around with good food. Since we were a big group, I had also access to see other apartments and I liked more the cheaper ones (Standard apartments) because they had an additional door to separate the living room from bedrooms. Staying with kids and wanting to still hang out, cook or speak in the living room was limited in the Elegance apartments because they didn’t have that additional door to block noise. We were provided with a welcome kit with some personal care products and dish soap and a sponge.

Very nice and spacious apartment, I booked Peller apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. Quiet and cozy apartment. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The kitchen had a very basic set up. Not providing for example hand towels for dishes or hand soap. The WiFi was horrible - they did a reset of the router which helped for a day but the connection was again bad in the next day so we used mobile data. The ants were also taking over the place as soon as a crumb was left behind.

The staff was amazing and reacted very fast to all of our problems. The beds were comfortable and there was AC in every room.

Wished we had more towels and beach towels.

The location was perfect for our family of four - the pools, playground and walking distance to the beach were terrific. Plus the staff was super friendly.

There was no shop or bar for something toe drink or eat.

Everything was fine. The material in the kitchen can be better but it works.
