Location, town walking distance with great restaurants, bars, music. The view is spectacular. Wineries are close by. Staff and service very good.

The only thing was the steps as my husband is disabled. The hotel said there was a lift but we were given a room up an additional flight of stairs with a bathroom with stairs. But the staff found us an alternative straight away once we explained. We found the restaurant staff not so friendly. Which was a shame.

Pool was not open, even it was promised to be open. Repairs were delayed. Pool was a major influence in booking hotel. Got free booking for spa instead, but that was limited and not the same. Hopefully the pool should be fixed for a long time now :)

Beautiful traditionally furnished hotel a stones throw from the little shops and restaurants in Radda. Helpful staff who advised us on booking activities. Lovely views out from the restaurant terrace and pool area over the vineyards and olive trees.

This was the capstone of our trip to Italy and what a beautiful ending! The staff was friendly, the food was excellent and the grounds were beyond our expectations. We booked 2 rooms, one standard, in the annex. That was nothing exciting but the view was spectacular. We also booked a terrace suite and what a beautiful view and spacious space for our family to gather. The grounds and facilities are just as you would imagine a Tuscan retreat to be, beautiful no matter where you turn. Thank you Relais Vignale, we hope to visit again.

Had issues with the aircon in our room, to which the staff upgraded to a different room and provided a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, very nice.

The air conditioning in our room stopped working on our second day there (nothing very serious, as the outside temperature was not very hot).

The attention we got from all staff, especially the ones from the reception. The breakfast was delicious.

The pool was unfortunately closed when we were there, but the hotel offered us free access to the spa, so they tried to make the best of an unfortunate situation.

The breakfast is sensational. The location was perfect. We enjoyed every second of it.

Parking is not directly at the hotel, you have to walk to it (about 3 minutes walk). At least luggage can be unloaded at the hotel. However, because of the location of the hotel, I can understand, there was probably no other way to solve this. The hot tub in the spa was 40 degrees and it was not possible to lower the temperature.

I had booked this hotel over another one, due to the amazing looking swimming pool. Unfortunately it was still a construction site when we arrived, but the hotel had not informed us of this.

Lovely hotel set in a small town in the countryside. Excellent local restaurants nearby. Amazing breakfast with a huge choice of items, we sat on the terrace with lovely views of the countryside. Rooms were clean, good size and comfy bed.

WIFI is not working at the room, only working in the common area. Entrance to the Spa facility is with additional cost, the pool was under construction when we visited.

Excellent location in a charming town, just a few minutes walk from great restaurants and a short drive to all the beautiful towns in the Chianti region. The staff is very kind, breakfast is very good, and there’s spacious parking with an electric vehicle charging station. Highly recommended.
