The private spa was simply marvellous. It's truly perfect

It was unclear in the booking that you're given a random spot in the spa pitched as a 'favour'. The rooms are noisy all night and I felt a little uneasy being solo female traveller. Breakfast is very basic but nice fruit.

The hosts were great - answered all of my questions. Helped with my parking. The room with the private spa was INCREDIBLE. I honestly felt like I had been incredibly well taken care of.

The bed was maybe a little firm but this is just compared to British beds!

Great breakfast. Super friendly & helpful staff. Double aspect rooms. Decoration and lighting. Security. Free bottle of Prosecco, spa pac to make the most of the facilities and create an experience. Staff went markedly out of their way to assist. Flexibility in terms of check in and check out.

We found the bed mattress to be overly firm.

Francesco and leuca were very friendly and helpful in places to visit/ eating. Breakfast was great Very generous allowing us to the private spa facility for free. Use of francesco parking spot on the road. Francesco gave my wife a beautiful book on Puglia cuisine and recipes

No complaints . Parking is difficult but cost around 6 euros

Definitely 10/10 hospitality, thanks to Luca and Francesco - very kind and polite attitude Came for my mom's birthday and got a great gift - a possibility to use a spa for the night. Our room was exceptionally clean, jacuzzi worked great and filled fast. Toiletries are on a high level. The location is great, very close to the centre and train station.

Sound isolation isn't great - we could hear all our neighbours and the street. There are two locked doors in the room that can't be opened - no idea what's on the other side, made us anxious. Also, the room smells amazing but very strong, so if you are sensitive it might be a minus.

Perfect location on edge of historic centre and also close to station. Luca welcomed us and gave us lots of useful information. The apartment is amazing. 2 bathrooms and jacuzzi. Having a fridge and tea and coffee facilities also a bonus. Breakfast plentiful and delicious pastries. Francesco very helpful and friendly. Great sleep in comfortable bed and room very quiet and spacious. All in all a 5 star accommodation. We hope to return.

Stayed in room 2, very comfortable and quite spacious. Kinda quirky layout with one bedroom and two bathrooms but we loved it! It’s a kind of serviced appartment, so no onsite hotel services apart from breakfast which was fine for us. Parking is on the streets nearby, 60 cents per hour with 9pm to 9am free, get the app and you can sort easily, free on Sundays. It’s a five mins walk to enter the wonderful old town. TV with streaming was all good, wifi too. Loved our stay here, would stay again.

Parking can be a bit hit and miss as it’s so close to the old town so can be busy. We stayed out of high season and managed ok and spent some days in the car seeing other sights.

It’s an amazing place, we stayed as a family of three in 2 apartments one contained the private spa. It’s like nothing we’ve ever seen or experienced before, how often in life do you get an entire spa to yourself?! Beautifully clean and well maintained.

    Nothing it was fabulous

Very nice and helpful people and service.

Beware. The photos are misleading. There are NO spa/pool facilities to use unless you have booked the ONE room with the private pool. That is not made clear in the description. The location is a bit rough, it’s really a bed&breakfast (with poor breakfast) and the entrance is pretty run down.

Location. Very close to station and old town

Too many stairs and huge soa in the room did not work.no comfortable chairs to sit in and tv awkward to watch from bed. Not suitable for people with mobility challenges. Stairs everywhere.

Generally cosy space, nice high ceilings, two full bathrooms, location right on the edge of the old town, generally well cleaned for the main areas. (We were very clear that we weren't getting access to the pool etc).

Some of the details in the apartment weren't clean, for example the air conditioners were massively dusty (which you could see clearly from the mezzanine) and the water container for the coffee machine was covered in months/years of gunk and needed a lot of rinsing and scrubbing before we'd consider drinking from it. The apartment layout was a bit odd and awkward... two separate bathrooms as it seems to be set up to have the possibility to be easily converted to two very small apartments. The hot tub is in the same room as the kitchen facilities. It had a small TV and a couple of chairs. The other room housed a “living room” but there was no cosy sofa, just a couple of upright chairs. The bedroom was on a mezzanine floor above that room (narrow and fairly steep staircase) with the TV on the wall at mezzanine level (and therefore not watchable from the living room). We wouldn't normally be watching TV much on holiday but it was the Euros! The WiFi signal didn't quite reach the TV so it wasn't possible to use any smart TV services. Finally the AC unit is installed below the mezzanine so didn't really cool the bed area sufficiently (there was a 40 degree+ heatwave during our visit... in normal conditions it would probably be ok). As some others have noted, the whole service experience is in an awkward place between a hands-off apartment only arrangement and a hotel... we were welcomed at 3pm and given some recommendations, helped with our bags up the stairs etc. But when it came to breakfast each day it was a little awkward with the one staff member sitting right next to us and alternating between staring at us, chatting randomly (and in one case rather offensively), or flicking through his phone. Lastly be aware the immediate area outside the apartment is a little epicentre for the South Asian community with a couple of Asian stores over the road.
