At breakfast, food was running out on both mornings we were there. The staff didn't seem to check if there was enough of everything, and when we told them, they seemed surprised. Some food was brought out later but some were finished. We kept asking for many things. There was still an hour of breakfast time left so I think there should have been enough food during the whole breakfast service.

The location in Chatillon is very central. The staff at the reception was very nice. There was free parking even though space is limited in the town centre. The beds were comfortable. The hotel restaurant was vey good, and the staff was excellent.

Comfortable bed. Handy location. Friendly staff. Much improved from when I stopped there 5 years ago. Glad I gave it a second chance.Syper breakfast with freshest rolls all week.

nowhere where you can have a hot cup of tea or coffee during the night especially if one is a light sleeper.

Everything was as described on their site and Booking.com. 2 things I would suggest , a small coffee machine in the room and a small frigobar,

Our room was small but that was ok compared to its design. Be aware not to expect too much. We had the Japanese styled room — black walls, weird bamboo sticks instead of a headboard. Very uncomfortable as it all moved, shacked and made noice every time you moved in bed. But the worst — no soundproof at all. You literally hear everything that is going on in the other rooms — tv, voices, snoring.

The property is centrally located. This was a big plus as we are walking the Via Francigena. Also, on site is a restaurant that is very good. We were happy to not have to look for dinner options after a long day of walking. The price was unbeatable.

No kettle but it was a social hotel, just go to the restaurant for hot water or bring travel kettle :)

Not a lot of options were to eat nearby. Small shower.

Easy to reach from the highway. Central location to visit Val D'Aosta. A lot of parking.

rooms have very very thin walls, which can deter you from sleeping. had to indicate to the neighbour many times at 11PM to watch the tv in a more silent manner

Overall experience was good. We have been at this hotel few times before. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, however the itself really needs a renovation. Also second time we have experienced cigarette smoke coming out from the vent in a bathroom.

Good size room , good selection for breakfast , if eco travelling not far from village bus station ,easy connection to Cervinia, Aosta and Turin using public transport.

There are a lot of stairs to access the hotel from the carpark - so not good if you have a lot of luggage

Walls are a bit thin and it's next to the busy road, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs with you.

Great location with easy access when travelling from italy through to french alps. Perfect restaurant downstairs (le cave des amis) Hotel provided everything we needed for an overnight stay and great breakfast.

The room was a bit smaller for three people, and there was a bit of dust in some areas, but most of the spaces were cleaned (as the toilet). It has a vintage look that we appreciate, and overall, we enjoyed our staying!

The position is perfect, especially for the parking space ✅️ The checking was smooth and efficient. The breakfast included was well served, and It is refreshing to see homemade cakes and food displayed! I am thankful also to the receptionist who suggested that we visit Saint Vincent, close by Châtillon. It's a really nice spot to walk in and enjoy the picturesque atmosphere!
