Domaćica nas je dočekala, ljubazna. Spartman je ok ali je u veoma staroj zgradi koja jespremna za renoviranje. Spremačice su veoma ljubazne i nasmejane. Lokacija je dobra, do plaže nekih 10-15 min šetnje. Restorana ima na svakom ćošku, sve u svemu lepo.

The upper floor is narrow for a tall man and the light from the main road comes in as there are no curtains. The road is rather small, but it's easy to hear any street noise. The room for the breakfast is under renovation, so they offer a coffee, croissant, cold milk, a juice, one rasc with jam and butter per person. The towels and the linen were clean, but the floor was not the cleanest and I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot

The apt has a good location, close to the metro Piazza Amedeo and Funicolare Parco Margherita and close to Riviera di Chiaia for the bus - we used transports on our first day because we got a Biglietto Giornaliero, and walk all the way to the train station on our second day. If you look for a well connected and well located place, this can be your choice. Dario at reception works hard to share his knowledge of Napoli and provides good insights. The apt itself is large enough for a family of 4 - however the sofa bed is not comfortable and the stairs to the mezzanine are not that stable. In conclusion, a good choice for one night if your intention is to explore the city - the score should be 7.5, but there is no half point...

I would recommend a little sign for guests to keep quiet on returning to their rooms especially in the evenings.

The host was extremely helpful and readily available to answer any queries. The location was a pleasant walk from the main areas.

The keys to the very front door did not unlock the door. We had to buzz the lady who let us in the first day to get inside to the main courtyard. The other key for the apartment door worked fine. The toilet button would move and almost fall off each time we used it so we had to keep adjusting it to flush the toilet properly. The apartment walls are thin. If you have noisy neighbours in the next apartment like we did each night, it's quite loud when theyre laughing, talking and playing music at 2am. Not the hosts fault but those guests were very inconsiderate of anyone else staying there and thin walls did not help.

Dario was very friendly and a good host. We stayed over easter so didnt meet him until the day we checked out. He was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of chocolate croissants and custard croissants, boiled eggs, bread, different flavour yoghurt and spreads/jam. Espresso, coffee and cold drink options are also available. The shower was good, hot with good water pressure.

We had a great stay in this well-equipped room with a loft. The space is a good size for 3-4 people, featuring a kitchen with a sink, mini fridge, stovetop, and kitchenware. The main bed (likely a queen) was very comfortable, though the futon/couch was not. The room has one full bathroom and an additional half bath, which was convenient. Fresh towels were provided daily, and while there was no cleaning service throughout our stay, but the place was clean when we arrived. A highlight was the one operable window, offering a nice view of the water. Breakfast was excellent, and our host, Dario, made sure it was well served each morning. He was incredibly helpful, giving us great recommendations on where to eat, what to see, and which trains to take. He also offered excursions/tours. The location was also great—about a 10-minute walk to the metro and the promenade/waterfront. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the central plaza near the castle was within a 25-35 minute walk. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay, with just a minor downside being the futon. Would recommend!

The location is close to the sea and the metro station, almost family breakfast with great fresh croissants, there are very friendly people around the apartment, clean towels every day.

What I didn't particularly like was that the room is split into a mezzanine with a narrow staircase leading to the second level. The bathroom is also divided, with the toilet and shower located on different floors. This setup means anyone going to the toilet at night is likely to wake others. Another unusual feature was the coin-operated elevator, which required 15 cents per ride. While the host kindly provided us with some coins to use it as needed, it still felt odd. Additionally, the shower was raised above the floor level rather than recessed, and its small, cornered design could make it difficult for some to get in and out. Lastly, the extra bed was not the most comfortable.

The accommodation is conveniently located near the historic center of Naples, making it ideal for exploring the city's rich history. Breakfast was mostly sweet, with pastries and yogurt, and the selection of savory options was limited. However, the host, Dario, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided excellent recommendations for pizza places, restaurants serving local specialties, and interesting landmarks to visit. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much time to explore the city, but we did try one of Dario’s pizza recommendations, and it was absolutely excellent.

A simple thing would be just a kettle in each room to make a tea or coffee before bed

Location was great . So easy to get around . And the water so close. Dario and Christina always willing to help in the morning with a coffee or tourist info. We stayed for a week , and I would stay there again

The wireless network disconnects all the time, we have to turn to cellar. Really need to fix the network! The elevator needs coins to activate, need to remind the host to prepare several coins for guests. Not very clean, but okay with the large space.

Dario was an excellent host, breakfast was hearty and the coffee and cornetto was good. WiFi didn't reach my room but we only stayed 1 night. AC worked perfectly. Could stay longer as the space was great. Thank you. Good location for a quieter part of. Naples - chiaia was wonderful.

Our apartment was different than those listed in the photos. Smaller and less well kept than the photos showed. Perhaps there are several versions of the same apartment, but this was smaller and lots of mosquitoes on the walls and ceilings that were killed but left behind. No dish soap or sponge to clean dishes and glasses (unless this was expected that staff would wash, but that seemed weird). While I say all this, I think the overall experience was good and I wouldn't suggest not choosing this B&B, just small things that would have made it better. Overall, we were quite happy.

I have mixed reviews. Our host was awesome. Super helpful with recommendations, which was almost more important in a city we knew nothing about. Guided us with great picks for a brief stay. We loved Napoli! Picked up keys and felt very welcomed. Breakfast included was great. Location was excellent.

One bed had a sinking Mattress. The toilets were on the second floor With one wall AC, for 2 floors, the upper floor was hotter than the lower one. Not sure if turning the AC a few hours before arrival would help...

Appartements are quite specious and well put together considering 2 floors. Breakfast was a great highlight with the owner taking care of you as if you were his private guest. The location is a bit off the main tourist center

I would have liked to find a mirror (even half a size, 4 women women without....) and something against mosquitoes.

I really appreciated Dario, although I can leave brochures with all the information on Naples in the room, I find it right to do this briefing with him as soon as we arrive. This is not a waste of time, but a real "must do" in Naples as it is constantly evolving.
