too small for group of 5, air conditioners is not maintained — not really cooling the room, staffs don’t speak english except the owner, had to pay for elevator (like what??).

Very clean, close to transport, beach, shops and cafes.

AC was not working on first day and also making lot of noise.

It's more like a hotel with breakfast and your room done every day. The cleaning ladies are very nice and the owner is very helpful. Close to the metro and the beach if you dare to swim there. I recommend climbing over the vawe breakers and swim there.

Maybe the kitchen should be better equipped with more dishes and so on.

I loved how clean, cozy, the room was. The location is perfect – close to Mergellina and well connected to explore Naples. Everything was well thought out and comfortable, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more special.

Honestly, everything was lovely and we have no complaints at all.

Breakfast was decent. We had croissant, milk with tea and biscuits. It was part of the deal

1 City tax was very high. 2 Air condition wasn't working properly. Raised concern, and on day 3, it was cleaned and was a bit better, but my friends who stayed at 2 other rooms their Air con was a lot stronger and more powerful. 3. I requested a kettle as I had the base, not the top, but it was ignored. 4. The room had 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The double bed sheets weren't changed for 5 days, which is not good at all. We all had itchiness. 6. The lift wasn't free. Being on the 4th floor meant 8 stairs, so we had to pay 10 cents like 10p. each time we used it. 7. The fridge wasn't working properly, so after a few days, someone did check, and they got it sorted. 8 The Internet wasn't working for 3 days, and then an engineer did come and fit a new one, but again, considering its an apartment, these things were essential and should have been fixed before arrival. The place was booked well over a month ago, and it felt really appalling. I requested a room change after having to experience the poor standards, and it was ignored. As a level 3 person in booking.com, I should have been prioritised and looked after, but nothing helped. It wasn't pleasant at all. My children, my wife, and I suffered overall

No easy to contact host Car park next door is expensive Shower jet was a problem, however we only stay one night

the host is super nice, the best location in Naples(very safe, relatively clean and calm), they cleaned room everyday, we really like it there, the breakfast was good, metro to city center (specifically train) is 10 minutes walk, also supermarket 8 minutes and sea 15 minutes (there is small beach, but the sea isn’t really clean)

maybe the only thing was that the apartment could be a little renovated in the future like the walls painted, couch updated… but overall really good accommodation

The property was clean, air conditioned, conveniently located, about a 5-10minute walk from train station. Dario looked after us really well and was helpful assisting us with booking taxi’s and other activities in Naples. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’d like a comfortable stay in Naples :)

Very good value for money BB in a good part of Naples near the beach and City. Extremely clean and beds comfy and host around to meet you. Great little kitchen to cook and fridge. Good shutters and air con. Would definitely recommend.

Wifi wasn’t great.

The apartment is nice, comfortable, in a very good spot of Chiaia and Dario is very helpful. Two metro stations very close and the Riviera with Castel dell' ovo, oh my!

Not my kind of breakfast, but this is a personal preference.
