If possible, it is definitely better to invest a little bit more and find another accommodation. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. It wasn’t clean (shower curtains even had mould on them), bed was super uncomfortable, the curtains on the window were also dirty and the woman at Agenzia Montana where we picked up the keys was shockingly rude and vulgar.

The only advantage of this property is that it is right on the ski slopes.

The check-in took place in small intervals on Sunday, but in the end our key was left in a keybox with our name on it. The apartment, originally for 6 people, is small. The chairs were always moved to make room to move around. Dishes, cleaning products, bed linen, towels must be brought or can be rented. The fridge is a bit worn, the freezer does not close properly. Few cultural events nearby. The nearest village is 9 km away, accessible by car on a serpentine road.

It's right next to the ski slopes, no need to drive or take the bus every day. There is an oven and enough utensils in the kitchen. The rooms were warm. Ski storage is downstairs by room and we could leave the car in the numbered parking lot, but our space was taken by someone else...) It is in a quite quiet environment. There are many restaurants and small shops nearby. The ski slopes are well prepared!

Mattress is the worst one ever seen, 5 cm thin and at least 20 years old. Felt like sleeping on the wooden floor. Dogs are not allowed in the hotel, but there was all day barking from several rooms on our floor. Balcony is actually shared with the whole floor. The door lock to the balcony could not lock, so anyone could enter the our apartment from outside.

Location of hotel is 10m from slopes, reserved covered parking place available. But the maximum height in parking is 2m, so if you have a ski box, you will probably not be able to park in the garage. Also, it is a very tight parking place, not suited for anything larger than small city cars.

A room was a bit small, definitely not for 4 grown ups, more for a family with children

A stay in the most beautiful scenery but in the worst room conditions.

The building was old and the administrator probably saves money on successive renovations. We lived on the 7th floor and the elevator had not been working for a very long time, and we were not informed about it. The room was tiny and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There were no basic things, such as a dish dryer, a cutting board or a corkscrew. We had to boil water in the bathroom because someone forgot the socket at the counter.

The only advantage of that place was location.

The management team is great and very helpful. Location as expected. Free allocated parking. Everything is in working order. Good value for money.

Skibox is dirty and cold, skis and boots dont get dry at night. Walls are not soundproofed, party people keeps you up. It ca be an advatage too if you are up to it.

    Excellent location, good heating.
