The apartment complex is situated in Via Polluce, which leads right to the beach (200 meters, then another 100 meters till the sea) . We received a unit which was facing the street, the only noise was from the seagulls, not from cars or parties. The balcony is exceptional, with room to store beach stuff and sit down for a breakfast as well (no mosquito net on the door though). The kitchen is well-equipped, we lacked the microwave oven for a quick (re)heat, but you can manage with the oven and / or induction plates. The fridge has a freezer section, which is also a plus. The beds were comfortable, the foldable sofa in the living room/kitchen area is easy-to-use but not that comfortable. Storage options are limited: there is 1 big wardrobe, but no shelves only hangers; so we ended up using the kitchen cupboards for storage. The A/C unit is installed in both rooms, can be managed separately, for dimming light there is also curtains / roller shutter. We got used to the bathroom in the end, where the challenge is that there is no separated section for the shower (only curtain), so if you are not careful the whole bathroom will be wet. The elevator is a welcome addition, also, private parking is available (in a package option with a beach pack (umbrella + 2 beach chairs), since the apartment belongs to Palace Hotel Regina, and here hotels have their own section in the sea of umbrellas at the beach). Everything is very close, the beach, there are lots of very good restaurants all around Viale delle Costellazioni, the pedestrian street; shopping can be managed locally in small shops or there is also LIDL / EuroSpar / also check out iLDI. I can recommend this accommodation with some minor caveats I mentioned.

Breakfast - disappointed A couple of years ago we were here and the breakfast since then is poorer. We only had it the first day since it was a disappointed ( quality and diversity)

you have to bring a lot of item - no shampoo, no soap, nothing to clean, no dish sponge, no tea towels, no tablets for dishwasher, just one roll of toilet paper low eqiuptet kitchen - no sharp knife, few glases/mug... no pinch of salt/peper, drop of oil etc

Everything was fine, easy to check in and check out, private parking at all time, beach and walking area only 50m from apartment. My recommendation.

The bathroom wasn’t comfortable. Too old.

Very nice residence really close to the beach, free parking, big rooms with balcony. Free beach service was really nice plus. Kitchen was nice and new.

TV service did not work and the TV was in the kitchen. Maybe it would be better in the main bedroom. But it is not so serious as the weather was fine and we did not want to watch TV at all. If the weather would be wrong, like raining, that it would have an unconfortable issue.

It is really close to the beach as well as to the main walking street of Bibione. Couple of restaurants, bars are available with 5 mins walk. It has an own parking space in the garden of the apartment.

The sofa bed in the kitchen/living room is terrible - mattress too thin and soft. If you suffer from back pain, this will destroy you...

The fold bed/couch was not so great, thin matress, like on harness/net, not too comfy, max for one person. But the other beds were great! Staying on first floor, facing hotel lobby& restaurant oposite- there was too much noise late evening from there.

Missing hairdryer, missing microwave, need to practice toilet flush otherwise there is smell comming out of the drain. In general I feel these apartments are aged and would need some refreshment already...this is being done partially but would need still some more effort- but this is general issue with most north Italy accomodation.

Good value for money, close to the beach with own sunbeds and umbrella, close to the promenade, but still on a quite street.

first time i've seen an apt which sells towels! bed linens were included but not towels and i had to buy them extra. and be prepared - there's no toilet paper in the toilet (not to mention shower gel, soap etc)! also, cleaning was done only once (during 2 weeks of our stay).

location is a champ! own sunbed and umbrella on the beach.

no towels lack of kitchen cloths and dishwashing liquid, no toilet paper, no hair dryer, ashtray not cleaned, assigned umbrella and sun loungers on a beach far from the sea (troublesome due to 2 children), small thermal bath heating the water so the last person washed in cold water

Very nice apartment to stay at. Perfect location very close to beach and sea. Supermarkets close to our apartment. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Clean and neat.
