The view from the rooms and the restaurant has ruined me for all future stays. Actually the best hotel view I have ever had!

If I could give them 15/10 I would! We stayed here while doing Cyclovia Parchi Calabria and apart from having to ride up the hill to the hotel, we had an amazing stay. The owner is incredibly generous and supportive to cyclists. We also had an injury while staying and had to reorganize our holiday. The owner helped us replan, shuffle and extend our stay, and helped our injured group member with first aid, transport and more. The food at the restaurant is fantastic and was also a highlight of our month in Calabria. We had an amazing visit and are incredibly grateful to the manager and his wife for being incredible hosts!

Great food, exceptionally clean, spacious, warm (stayed in winter) with log fire , beautiful design, fluffy towels, friendly staff, great views, on site parking, near to village, set in historic and typical rustic mountain village

The location is absolutely incredible! The room was perfect! Breakfast was great! The owner was amazing. Very kind person. Took us for a tour of Tiriolo. Took amazing pictures. Staff was so nice.

Only negative is it's quite a steep walk up to the hotel from the town.

Antonio and his staff are superb. The views from the hotel / restaurant are extraordinary. Comfortable clean rooms. Restaurant was great and inexpensive.

Nothing, everything was wonderful

This is a lovely hotel with spectacular views of the two seas and the surrounding countryside, nestled on a hillside. The staff was friendly and available. Our room included a kitchenette and sitting area. The views from the sitting area and balcony were amazing. It is a short walk around lovely Tiriolo. We ate dinner both nights at the restaurant at Due Mari and the food was delicious, some of the best I have had in Italy, and at a very reasonable price. The location is easy to get to by car and there is plenty of onsite parking.

Our visit to Hotel Residence due Mari was amazing. Exceptional views and service. Our host could not do enough for us. So welcoming. Everything was comfortable and very laid back. The restaurant was perfect and no one rushed us. We could linger and just enjoy this place up high. Lots of places to walk and explore and a good hill to walk into the lovely little town and back. Lots of fresh air and peacefulness. Hope that we can visit again. Highly recommend..

They paid attention to details. There was a bicycle repair station available, there is an associated restaurant which was both good food and inexpensive. The host was friendly and helpful. The view was wonderful

The lady receptionist is a gem, hard to think of a nicer welcome. Beautiful room with a splendid view. Very good restaurant for very reasonable proces. The owner does everything to accomodatie, even has extensive bike maintenance facilities available The tuktuk tour is a great (and free) experience. Overall, great place, great staff, great atmosphere. Highly recommended

The Due Mari is located on a hill with beautiful views to both the north & south coast seas of Calabria. The air is incredibly fresh & a generous breakfast on the terrace provided by our charming hosts, remains long in the memory. The little town of Tiriolo itself is friendly & welcoming. We have been coming to eat in the restaurant for many years but this was our first time staying overnight. It was wonderful & we would not hesitate to recommend it. The rooms are very clean, bed was very comfortable & the balcony of a generous size. All in all, exceptional .

We did not like that we had to leave after one week !!

The hotel and restaurant are beautiful. Everything is perfect. The owners and staff and their friends are the most friendly and helpful people we have ever met . In fact the whole town is congenial .

The beds weren't comfortable. A simple quilted mattress cover would remedy this.

The views are unparalleled at Due Mari. Even on a rainy day, the view is breathtaking. The staff was very friendly. The owner even opened up the restaurant to make me a snack when it was closed. We were also upgraded to a spacious suite since it was off-season.
