Beautiful location and view. basic , clean , well equiped , friendly host, visit the village, it s very nice

Nice view

The woman (owner) was very unfriendly and when we asked something she just walked away. when we asked for a washing machine (we were 11 people) we were referred to a launderette all the way in the village while at booking.com it says we would have one available at the appartement. In the end we also paid €210 (included in the price) for use of the heating even though we didn't even use it, now I've messaged her about it and I'm getting completely ignored!

The view

Far from the town center up a very steep hill. Hard without a car. No air conditioning or fans. No soap in bathroom. No food or drinks available. Picture gallery not indicative of premises. Staff helpful.

The owner charged us 60 euro for late check in and was not here to check us in or show us anything. The elevator wasn’t working and had carry our heavy luggage’s up steep stairs. We did not get what the listing displayed, terrace, no WiFi, hair dyer… there is such a long list. The most unsanitary part was there was no soap or hand sanitizer and the entire place was dusty and I saw around 5 dead bugs. I messaged the owner the issues and she did not respond but did show up to collect the late fee and when I told her about the apartment she started to yell at me outside of the building for 15 minutes about how no one has ever complained and when I showed her the description of the listing her response was she didn’t know , I was mortified and nothing was addressed.

The View

The owner, the service, the driveway, the beds, The spa features are at a cost of 25 euros per person and that was just the jacuzzi. The owners wer very unfriendly and even screamed!! Also we were told until we took the one small bag of trash with us we wouldn’t receive back our deposit ? The nearest trash can was about 500m away

Beautiful view, Big apartment with a good terrace and access to pool

Kitchen equipment was bad (no Sharp knife, Electric kettle for water or bigger chopping board). Some of the pans was not compatible with induction. There was a bad smell in the apartment and the kitchen was not clean, to the owners defense it was cleaned immidiately, but the smell lasted for days, so we had to bye aircleaner and ventilate well.

1. Only one woman can speak english and i don't know why but she is always angry too. 2. There is no salt, sugar, soap, dish soap and similar basic necessities in the rooms. They said we had to bring them. 3. Although it was not stated on the Booking.com website or in the e-mails sent, 200 Euro deposit was requested completely arbitrarily. 4. The pool was not blue as in the images, but a color between yellow and green. 5. Although quiet hours are stated on the Booking.com website between 23:00 and 08:00, a rather noisy birthday party was allowed to be celebrated with guests from outside the facility, which lasted until 02:30. 6. There was a bad smell in the room that we couldn't find the source of. We reported it to the person concerned, but no one was interested. 7. The facility does not have any features to deserve the SPA expression in its name. 8. There is noisy construction work going on inside the facility. 9. You have to shout a little and then wait to find an attendant at the reception.

I am scared of steep hills so driving up to the apartment was scary for me. Everything was amazing.

I didn’t notice on the website that there is no oven and we had taken food to cook in an oven BUT we changed things around to use the stove.

owner was so sweet and helpful when we arrived very late. absolutely gorgeous view and nice pool.

a little bit of a hike to the main town if you don’t have a car but it is a very gorgeous walk.
