How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewFamily-friendly property with nice restaurant, mini-market, lounge and entertaining facilities. Warm, clean and spacious room with balcony and spectacular view. All the kitchen/bathroom amenities available. Easy and flexible check-in/check-out. Helpful staff. Easy to reach without car
Located a bit far from the center and ski-lifts but ski-bus is available (tickets at the reception) and there's no need to carry all the ski/snowboarding stuff as rental services provide lockers close to ski area. Wifi only in public areas

Verified reviewPrices in the hotel market and bar are low. The bus service is well organized (10€/week). The place next to the ski slope for leaving ski equipment is great. Skis are free, ski boots are available for an additional fee of 15€/6 days. They are very friendly to dogs.
A cute town and hotel, but time has stopped about 20 years ago for the entire town.

Verified reviewLocation was about 15 min walk to nearest ski lift. Hotel do offer a transfer which has a costs about £1.50 per person one way. Very easy if you have a car to park near the lift for free. Roads were all very clear so driving in standard car was easy.
The room was near a games room and children play room. noise travels and it went on till 11.30pm on some nights. had to ask reception to close the room. Everything is chargeable, pool, table football, microwave, fitness. Hotel does not have an oven or microwave so cooking is limited to a pan.

Verified reviewThe staff were friendly and helpful. Underground designated parking space included in the price. The main bed is a sofabed, but I found it comfortable. Didn't try the bunk beds. Nice view of the town due to location near top of town. Big balcony nice to have. There is a shuttle bus to town (costs €10 for the week)
We stayed in Resort Palace 1 (though it was hard to know if we had booked Palace 1 or 2 through booking.com). Half the plug sockets in the room didn't work, and many of the "facilities" were located in a different building (17 mins walk away) and also cost extra to use eg. use pong pong table/ use hotel sauna. Shuttle bus to town costs an extra €10 for the week. . Dishwasher in room provided but you need to then buy a dishwasher table from the hotel to use! 🤦♂️ There are so many apartments, it's quite noisy if people next door are making lots of noise or have a dog. No WiFi in the resort palace 1 - again, have to walk 17 mins to the other hotel where there is apparently WiFi in the bar and WiFi room, which I couldn't get to work anyway. You get room inventory on arrival which lists EVERYTHING in the room and the price for replacement if it breaks. Which feels risky as most things seem old and like they might break soon!
Dear Ms. Lauren, We are pleased to note that you appreciated many aspects of our services and our structure, as well as having given us some ideas for improvement. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty identifying the correct building and address: we have already improved this aspect, inserting more precise instructions in the description of the individual apartments, so that it is easier to reach us. As regards the shuttle bus, this is a service managed by the Municipality offered in the winter period. Even inside the Palace 1, as well as in the Palace 2, there is a dedicated WI-FI room, since at 2000 meters there is no fiber connection, but only antenna connectivity; as well as other rooms such as a sauna, gym and games room are also available in Palace 1. We will take good note and consider your indications useful. We hope to be able to host you soon to enjoy the wonderful slopes of the area. Best Regards, Management

Verified reviewWe had breakfast in the hotel one morning which was good.
We stayed on the first floor but the ceiling sound-insulation was very poor resulting in a couple of very poor night’s sleep. The room on the top floor above us was over-occupied & the scraping/banging of furniture on the hard floor until 2-3 am was annoying. We reported it twice to management.

Verified reviewThe staff were great! Professional and friendly. The bar was great and reasonably priced. There was plenty of parking right outside. There was also a mini market right in the building which helped when we were feeling lazy and didn't want to go out to eat. The view from our incredible balcony was amazing!
The parking spaces are incredibly small which didn't matter as we parked outside, that is until it snowed. The sauna was closed due to work which we weren't informed of until we got there. The rooms are small but pretty comfortable except that the walls are very thin so when other guests were having fun late into the night some of the people in our party found it very hard to sleep.

Verified reviewDidn't eat at the hotel, but the light breakfast options did look good and very reasonably priced. The apartment was light and spacious (very big pull-out bed!), and well-equipped for self-catering. Slightly dated décor, but good shower and plenty of hot water. Garage parking was very handy too.
Not quite enough towels for the three of us, but sure we could have got more if we'd asked! Could have done with slightly more/better information about the shuttle bus. And not very many restaurant options nearby (though it was really only a 15-minute walk into the town centre).
