Wi-Fi was functional, but not enough for real work. Plastic cutlery for breakfast is an absolute no-go. Location very much depends on what you want to do. If you have to be in that neighborhood, it's very good, otherwise it's not easy to reach with public transport.

Location is a bit off the beaten path but good for (business) destinations east of Rome. You stay at your own little cabin on what looks like an old farm yard property. Interior was good, could have been a bit more luxurious, but was fine for the short stay. Better come there with your own car or a taxi because there's not many sidewalks around. Dinner there was awesome, some real Italian treats, enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was very nice as well except for the plastic cutlery which was not really convenient at all. Wi-Fi was measured at around 20Mbps down and only 2Mbps or so up.

If you need to visit Rome downtown it is kind of far and the location is in an industrial very dark area at night. I would not go there If I need to go to Rome for touristic reasons

I had to work in the area so I choose this place as it was walking distance from my business destination. The owner and the people working here are very friendly, professional and the food was really GOOD and abundant.

The restaurant is not open at weekends, and it was very difficult to find a good restaurant nearby.

A convenient place to stay after attending the Italian Open Golf Tournament at Marco Simone Golf Club - next year's Ryder Cup venue.
