The rooms were tidy and well decorated, had all necessities to stay comfortably, and the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful, it also has a parking system which i found very useful and was relieved to see.

Old and outdated kitchen (noisy fridge, poorly equipped kitchen, old and slow cooking plates). Be aware no staff in the building, and the keys needs to be collected at other location.

We were told to check-in at another hotel which is a few kilometers away from where we staying, but luckily we were travelling by car so that was not a serious problem. There will be smell of stinks from nature and some bugs coming from outside intermittently.

The landlord was super understanding! Me and my friends just finished our road trip that day and we didn't manage to reach the check-in place before the designated timing. Because there was thunderstorm that night so we have to drive slowly. The landlord was really understanding and allow us to sleep in the room that night first and let us complete our check-in tomorrow morning. Also, from the room you can see breathtaking scenery directly out of the window.

The kitchen wasn't clean, and it misses some essentials like garbage bags, wine opener, coffee... Not all bads are good. The terrace wasn't clean.

The surrounding area is really nice. We arrived quite late and luckily the host was very accommodating. The room was comfortable for our group of friends and there's a coffee bar downstairs that open in the morning too!

Wow! Stunning views in every direction and lots of windows, as well as patios on two sides to enjoy them! The kids loved the skylight windows in their loft that they could see the moon and the mountain peaks through. The kitchen was great for cooking hearty breakfasts and dinners for our family of five to fuel up before and after enjoying the amazing hiking in the area. The families were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend to other families.

Quite far from ortisei. It takes around 30 min to go there by car. But it's worth with considering room charge.

The entrance to the room is a bit dark, and there isn't much parking available. We were lucky to always find the last spot for our car, but I'm not sure what options others have if the parking is full. If you want to do laundry, be sure to ask the receptionist at check-in and purchase a laundry coin for a single wash in the laundry room.

The apartment comfortably accommodates 3-4 people, with one double bed and a single bed in the attic, plus a sofa bed downstairs in the living room. It features a small balcony with stunning views of the Earth Pyramids of Renon and the surrounding mountains. Cozy and suitable for families, the key reception is just a 4-minute drive away, which is convenient if you have a car. It's worth taking a walk around the town near the reception area; the alley to the nearby church offers beautiful views of the downhill area. The place is also near to Rittner horn corno del Renon.

The kitchen equipment needs a check. The knife was very dull and it actually can be dangerous to use.

The power kept tripping when we were trying to cook and had the tv on at the same time. We also had to pay a bond for a room key which we were told we would get in full when returning the key/checking out however we only got a portion of the cash back without explanation as to why.

The room was as advertised, definitely recommend having your own transport as it is a bit of a drive to get to. Beautiful views from the property/terrace though

At ground level we had to keep the curtains closed as people could look into the apartment. Would have liked sheer curtains. Strange vibe and complete indifference from cafe owners in the same building.
