Owner was super lovely, so kind, and the room was perfect. She even lended us huge towels for us to go to the beach after checking out!!! I can write a 10,000 words essey about how excellent it was. Would definitely recommend this place.

A beautiful BnB with bright rooms and nice furniture. I liked the Tea-Buffet very much, it showed that the kind hosts are well aware of every single detail. Great!

Only complaint is that the external signage could be more prominent. Had to search to find this complaint however, and I am Australian.

Friendly and helpful proprietors of an interestingly different property. Despite having character the accommodation ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay - including being quiet and having effective air-conditioning.

Almost all future bookings at other properties will fall well short of the standard set by this guesthouse.

The hotel industry in Italy has largely been replaced by “guesthouses” carved out of older apartment buildings, designed and managed by people with no real training or experience in hospitality. Residenza Di Nucci is a completely different experience. Well designed and recently constructed using high quality materials, and managed by the rare people who still pursue excellence in their craft.

Everything. We normally stay in 4or 5 star hotels but the decor, the cleanliness of the room, I cannot believe the hospitality of the host, they even took us to the ferry station when the taxi was delayed, if staying in termoli you must stay here, it’s a credit to the host.

The room was comfortable and had many thoughtful and helpful details. The bed and pillows were good. The bathroom was very clean and updated. While hot outside, the room was a perfect cool temperature. Teresa, the owner, looks after all the details herself and makes sure you are settled in for your stay. She's also easy to contact for questions. Thoughtful with local charm, a great location and price. I will book again!

The breakfast is in a nearby café and the choise is very limited (1 coffee, 1 croissant and 1 fruit juice each).

Perfect location 5 minutes (walking distance) from the beach. Comfy beds. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The complementaryl biscuits we got at the departure.
