We are so grateful that we booked this apartments in Venice. Perfect and very friendly hosts, Cris and Franceska, were always ready to help, give recommendations and suggestions for the places to visit and eat. One of the best experiences we ever had. Accommodation is stylish, modern and fantastic clean and welcoming, with wonderful view from windows to a garden and church tower. Kitchen is almost new and well-equipped, bathroom is also perfect, like a new. Apartment has 2 ACs (also new), but we haven’t used them much at the end of July, because it was just enough to open windows to get fresh air, which is perfect!!! We found the location of this apartments is perfect - few grocery stores around, short walking distance to all major attractions, no tourists crowds around, close to both island sides. It is convenient getting to water transportation either to airport/railroad or Grand Canale.

Nothing to complain about!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities included. Location was very central, on a quiet street in the heart of the beautiful sestiere of Castello and only a short walk from the main tourist attractions. Francesca and Cris, were excellent hosts, who were easily accessible and extremely helpful, and provided useful tips for Venice and the neighborhood. I will certainly come back again if I have the opportunity!

A great place from which you can quickly reach all attractions, there is a supermarket, bars nearby. We found everything we needed in the apartment, the beds were comfortable, it was warm enough. The bedroom has a wonderful view. Thank you to the hosts for their sincere care to make our stay the best. We were even served with a bottle of wine. We would definitely come back next time and recommend it to others.

Lovely apartment with bedroom outlook over a beautiful internal garden area and views across the rooftops to San Marco. Lots of light. The apartment was very well set up, spotlessly clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. Access is by >50 steps so prepare to get fit! The owners Francesca and Cristian are very friendly and helpful. They live downstairs so we’re easily available, offering good suggestions for restaurants etc.

Loved everything about it.

A great apartment, very clean and spacious with a lovely outlook. The location was away from the touristy areas and very quiet. There were restaurants very close by and it wasn’t far to walk to the main sites. The hosts went out of their way to helpful and provided a bottle of bubbles on arrival which was a lovely touch.

The apartment was clean and spacious. It was quiet during the day and night. The location was perfect, short walking distance to stores, restaurants, and beautiful canals. The owner helped us up the stairs with our luggage. They were super helpful and friendly.

Nothing, it was all amazing!

The location was excellent, really close to St Mark's Square and in a beautiful part of town. The host, Cris, could not have been more helpful, especially given that we made a very last minute booking as our prearranged other host had let us down with no notice. It turned what had been quite a stressful situation into a great experience. The hosts even waited up until we arrived at 1.30am to make sure we were able to access the apartment okay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and also beautifully decorated with Murano glass artefacts. All in all a wonderful experience. Our thanks again to Cris and Francesca.

Location was excellent. out of the way of the bustling crowns and touristy areas, but close enough to walk to transportaion and enjoy the non-tourist restaurants and lifestyle. Cristain and his wife Francesca couldn't have been more helpful with reccomendations and accomodating everything for us. Cristain is manage of a Glass factory in Murano and invited us for a private tour which was excellent. They also have several other properties that looked lovely too. highly reccomend.

We liked everything about the apartment which was very well equipped. People should be aware it is on the top floor without a lift. This was not a problem for us.

For us this was a perfect place to stay for our three nights in Venice. Cristian was a great host offering lots of tips. Conveniently located a short walk from all the action and from public transport links yet in a quiet residential street, with a well-stocked supermarket nearby.

The apartment is gorgeous and the pull out couch is a large size which easily accommodated a third guest. The access to a Laundry washer was also useful. There are a good number of stairs to reach the apartment, for those who need to know. It’s also easily accessible to a variety of places to eat or cafe that aren’t on Google maps. Just walk to your left out of the apartment building and you’ll run into places. Lovely dining options and our hosts were exceptional with recommendations, luggage storage if we needed, and extras where we felt extremely welcomed. So many good things to say about this booking.

I would give more then 10 if I could. SUPER TOP location! Few minutes on foot to everything important, even on Piazza San Marco, yet absolutely quiet street. Nice appartment with the view to wonderful guiet garden. Amazing hosts, TOP care and communication, Cristian and Francesca are always online, ready to help, advise, give tips etc. I fully reccomend and if I go again in Venice I definitely want to stay there again. There is no elevator, so you do have to go up and down three flights of stairs. For me, this was not an issue, seeing it as an extra benefit from both an environmental and health point of view. But it may be for those with mobility issues.

This was a delightful stay with a warm contact with the owners starting well before my arrival in Venice. Cristian and Francesca were prompt in answering my questions and anticipating my needs by providing me with clear tips, advice and instructions. A day or two before my trip, they sent me a list of key sights and suggested restaurants to check out. On the day of my arrival, Cristian popped by to make sure that everything was alright and that I was settling in well. I felt I could reach out at any time to ask for advice or suggestions. There was a thoughtful welcome gift waiting for me on arrival. The location of the apartment is perfect for those wishing to discover Venice. It is easy to find, down a quiet residential street about 10 minutes or so on foot from water buses and the buzz of St Mark's square. The Rialto bridge is less than 15 minutes away on foot or 25 minutes by water bus. Up three flights of stairs on the third floor, the apartment itself is bright, spacious and well appointed. The bedroom is on the garden side, but even the living room (with a sofa bed) on the street side is very quiet. The kitchen is well enough equipped that you can make your own meals if you are inclined to do so. The rooms are outfitted with Murano lamps, which added to the experience of being in Venice.
