Excellent value for money: spacious rooms with a nice decor, very central location, very friendly and helpful staff

Great location, clean and spacious. Loved the quirky old style lift. Metro is on doorstep with easy access to all the historical sites and tourist attractions. Also lots of shops around the immediate area. Great value for money.

Nothing that we did not like.

The place is very beautiful, starting from the entrance and the lift (really like the lift). The room is spacious and high ceiling, feels airy and romantic. The balcony views are exceptional. The host was very helpful, thank you.

Parking is not safe, as it is everywhere in Rome turns out. We found it out the hard way. If you arrive by car make sure you find a secure indoor parking with security personnel.

The hangers were so high, I couldn't reach them.

Staff very friendly. The location was great with easy access to the subway and buses. We were on a pilgrimage and many churches on our list were so close

The advertised free breakfast is a croissant and coffee from a nearby restaurant. It did not start until 7:30. We were out of the hotel before that time on 3 of the 4 days we were there so that was not helpful.

Traffic noise is loud with windows open. Otherwise no concerns.

It is close to a metro station and several bus stations, besides being a 20minute walk away from the colosseum. The room was spacious and the staff, helpful and friendly.

The room was beautiful and had everything we could need. The housing staff were very nice.

The walls are a little thin so we could here staff talking through the door.

The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Soundproofing is also very good. The metro is just a few steps from the house, making it easy to reach both the train station and the main attractions of the city. We will definitely come back!

Great accommodation from checkin to check out. The host was quite understanding and welcoming. The room itself is quite well kept with a neat and tidy bathroom.

This hotel was amazing!! Such a spacious room in the heart of Rome, very clean and well decorated. Matteo was very kind and accommodating when we had to check in late due to a delayed train and made sure to make us feel welcome even though we were only staying for one night. The old fashioned elevator was definitely a nice touch, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rome:)

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is clean, cozy and well taken care of. The hosts were kind and helpful, I would definitely come back.

The room was clean, well maintained, quiet, and had comfortable beds. The view from the window was beautiful.

Breakfast at the Fasion café was poor, with the voucher only offering a coffee and a croissant (which was stale from the day before), without being able to have an additional drink, for ex. a bottle of water or choose another pastry. The Wi-Fi worked well only during the first few days, then it disappeared and the connection was lost, we couldn't watch TV, etc. The host offered me another Wi-Fi connection, but it was weak and did not restore the previous connection after I asked her.

This place was AMAZING! Right next to metro...so right next to everything. Great room, clean and welcoming. Staff was phenomenal!!!! I loved the charm of the building.

Great location. Very close to metro and termini. Sara was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the wine and water. On a busy intersection so loud but the fenestration blocks out most of it, if you don’t have a problem sleeping without fresh air.
