An apartment is in an excellent localization on the old town hill, and is a perfect point for sightseeing Cagliari. Inside the apartment there are all the required facilities (WiFi works impeccable, kitchen got (almost :)) all the tools for making more-than-basic meals) and the apartment was super clean and fresh. Last but not least, the hosts are very helpful and friendly.

The apartment is dark and, at first glance, a little claustrophobic—it is quite narrow and long, with no windows. The bathroom is located behind the main room (a combined living room and kitchen), and to reach it, you have to walk up the stairs and pass the mezzanine with a bed, which might disturb anyone sleeping there. The kitchen lacks a cutting board. In summary, the apartment is more suitable for families of three (as there are three sleeping places) or groups of friends, rather than for business trips.

The place is located uphill, very near to beautiful old town buildings. Super convenient location - at walking distance to shops, restaurants, station and marina. The beach is easily accessible by bus and it takes only 20 mins to get there without a hassle. The communication with the host was excellent, we were personally welcomed at the property and showed around with great attention to detail. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and equipped with impressive variety of amenities. We found everything needed to make our stay comfortable and more!

    Not applicable, everything was great.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, comfy bed, plenty of space.

17 minutes steep climb from main avenue and historic area where everything happens. House has no windows (I failed to check that on the photos), only natural light comes through front door but then everybody passing on the street can see inside the house. Air inside the house very humid and bottom floor always cold – air conditioning only heats top floor. So humid that bath towels don't dry in 24 hours, let alone in 12, even after putting the towels rack at the same level as air conditioning. Bottom floor is tiled, which makes it even colder. Due to humidity and lack of windows, the house smells and bed sheets, our shoes and our clothes always felt damp. Water boiler was turned off and we weren't told about it, which means no shower upon arrival (late at night after a flight, train and climbing steep streets for 17 minutes); if I didn't try and realised that, we would not have hot water the next day either.

A great little apartment in the centre of the old part of town. It's really comfortable and spacious, with a convenient small kitchenette. Great for walking around town and seeing all the sights.

The stairs to the bedroom are a little steep -- this may be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. For most other people, it should be a non-issue.

Very central. It has all you need.

No windows, as part of the apartment is below the road level. The only way to let the air in is through the doors, which, cleverly, have been made in a way to allow the air in still being safe inside The downside is that if a car (or even a smoker) is passing by the air coming in won't be clean. Also the noise could be a problem. Truth to be told it is not a busy road, so it doesn't happen often.

It has everything you need, and more.

It might be hard for you if you are travelling with the car as parking in that area is not allowed in the night. Also the streets leading to the apartment are very very tight. Nothing wrong with the apartment though, just something you might need to know

Had a very nice stay! Central location and spacious studio. I liked being able to cook some meals.

It can get loud at night — not just people walking past but mostly people throwing out glass or people collecting the glass which makes a massive noise. There’s limitations to the times you are allowed to handle the glass, but people don’t keep themselves to it.

The location is excellent, in the castello area. This also means late night noise, though, such as restaurants dumping their night's glass bottles at 2:30 am. It is easy to walk into the downtown area from here too. The room is comfortable if spare and the plexiglass window to see into the cistern carved into the limestone under the floor is pretty cool.

Not much. It would be nice to have some way to make a double bed instead of sleeping in separate singles.
