We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IsraelThey do not allow any food or drinks in the hotel. We were with kids, we had to take them out of the pool all the time to eat outside the hotel. For groups and children that want to sit and eat together its a problem. Its better for couples.

United KingdomThe location and the view are both amazing. The whole property is well though out, everything looks neat, organized, clean and really enjoyable. Almost too good to believe. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and very nice people. Breakfast was plenty, and delicious. Something to bear in mind though, is that you will have to drive up a steep hill on the way to the property, so be prepared tho shift down in lower gears.

The very helpful and forthcoming owner demonstrates his high ambitions in everything from the nice garden and pool with excellent views of the bay to the freshly prepared breakfast with homemade products. From next year a restaurant will be added.

IrelandNo bar, restaurant, or snack facilities but draconian rules imposed on us about no eating in or next to the room never heard if a rule like it before especially when the hotel offers nothing as an alternative. My 88 year old mother had to negotiate a flight of stone steps at night to go to her elevated room, with no lighting or hand rail for support. We had to illuminate the steps at night with our car lighting. Very isolated with no nearby facilities, so you need transport.
Beautiful setting with well managed grounds and pool area.

ItalyAlthough they say the pool can be used 24/7, there is always a cleaning robot inside the pool,24/7,that can be very dangerous to people because electrically connected to a plug so one risks to get electrified. Breakfast offers a very limited choice with cheap products from the local discount market. The 2 restaurants advised by the hotel treated us in the worst possible way and their food was horrible.Street to get to the hotel is very narrow and dangerous and the owners don’t warn the clients about it. It’s prohibited to eat inside the rooms, even though any sort of snack or restaurant service is absent after breakfast time, and if you do, you will be scolded on the phone by the owner like a 2 year old baby. Family small hotel handled by the family teenagers who are too young and lack the experience to do this. Definitively not worth the money they ask and I do not consider this a 4 star hotel.
