You have to drive through the entire historic center to get there, which can be a bit chaotic with the traffic. The accommodation recommends a nearby square for parking, and we found a spot, so that was perfect. Breakfast was included, but they had run out of many things (yogurt, fruit…) — probably because it was Monday.

Very well located, right in Ragusa Ibla. The room was clean and had everything needed. There is self check-in, which makes arrival convenient.

There were small details that fell short. The place has potential to be luxury but comes up short. You get what you pay for and we were happy with the price and our stay.

The host was fabulous and so nice when we broke a bottle of wine in our room, quickly cleaning it for us. She also communicated before and was very clear with instructions and where to park. The room was large and the balcony and deck had an amazing views.

The accommodation is better than the photos. Beautiful view. Nice terrace. Colorful and tasteful decor. Spacious room. Good bathroom, bed linen and bed. Several different pillows. Delicious breakfast. Possibility to leave your luggage in the room before going to the free parking less than 2 minutes away on foot.

There was no access to kitchen for coffee and tea, and with no in room tea and coffee facilities this was an issue without access to kitchen. With a great terrace to relax there was no where to keep your drinks cold with out kitchen access.

Great location in the old city with spectacular views. The terrace was a great extra. Short walk to the central area of the city. Free parking. Room was well designed, spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

A terrific apartment. All access details were provided by the host prior to our arrival including where I could park my motorcycle, basically at the property. The apartment was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was upstairs with a great choice. There was also good views from the rooftop terrace that we had access too. Thee are a lot of steps in Ragusa and it’s can be easy to get a bit lost but by getting lost is when you find some beautiful views of the town. Once we knew where we were going it was no problem walking to the bars shops and restaurants near the Duomo do San Giorgio. We walked into the main town (25 mins) and had a couple of very tasty meals ( bunch bistro / Basilico) I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great Location, great views,Monica and Virginia are vey Helpful, my wife left the keys inside the room within minutes Virginia brought the keys, excellent service great Breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable mattress! Very quiet place it'sike you are in heaven. Try not to miss sunrise! For me 10 out of 10.

The peace of the area!!! Very very relaxing. The Boutique hotel is sweet, clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was divine She made sure each and every day was special and that we tasted some different Sicialian delicacies daily. Staff were amazing and helpful too! The area is amazing too! On the terrace one can feast his eyes with superb breath taking views. Will definitely pay another visit Soon!!!

The location is absolutely perfect, right above the centre of Ragusa Ibla. Excellent view both from the terrace and from the road. The hotel is lovely and so is the staff, very helpful and friendly all the time. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated, very well equipped with amenities. Breakfast is excellent, includes a variety of homemade sweets and local fruit. Excellent value for money.

We chose it among other reasons because it listed a single bed as well as a double, but when we asked for bedding for the second bed, we were asked for a 20 euro supplement. The listing also said there is a mini bar, which there isn't, and bath robes, which there aren't. I wouldn't even mention this if it wasn't for the bed supplement. As father and daughter travelling together we always want separate beds and choose places for the availability of two beds.

If it wasn't for the inaccurate listing and therefore our frustrated expectations (and extra payment), this was lovely and wonderful. Even a great breakfast offering.

Pre-arrival communication was confusing and overwhelming. Would suggest to sum up all important info in one message (parking, entry code, key location) and use only one communication channel. Breakfast was a bit poor. Zero non sugary food. Only croissants, marmelade and nutella. Would be nice to have some boiled eggs at least, maybe slice of cheese and salami. Fresh veggies would be extra. There was some green light over bathroom door that couldn't be turned off, lighting up all room during the night and waking us up several times. Bed mattress was harsh and uncomfortable.

The hosts did an outstanding job of describing parking options and directions. We should have paid closer attention and would suggest reviewing route on Google Earth in advance as it can be tricky to get to, but well worth it!

The room was comfortable and the view from the rooftop was breathtaking and would be a tremendous reason to stay here. It was a great location to walk the city and valley.

A wonderful location in Ragusa Ibla, and also at walking distance to the ‘new’ city. A very friendly lady who served a good breakfast. The Appartment was comfortable, also thanks to the heating in the somewhat chilly weekend of our stay. Parking instructions very helpful.
