Proximity to Rome’s termini and also to bus stop to Leonora da Vinci airport . Also for this visit , near to Santa Maria Maggiore church and my brief stay in Rome . My room was large and roomy and so was the bathroom

You have to be a little patient re the small elevator but much better than carrying suitcases up the stairs!

The location is approx. 100 metres from the main Railway Station, so the location is perfect. Surrounded by several good eateries, it isn’t far to walk. Continental breakfast was adequate for me, good choice and plenty of it.

The entire city is older, so don't expect anything fancy or modern. For example, only one person with luggage would fit in the elevator.

The location was amazing less than a block away from Roma terminal station. Staff was kind and very helpful. Lots of restaurants and services within walking distance like laundry service and luggage storage or currency exchange places. Walking distance from the hop on hop off busses start point.

Shower was a little cramped and didn't drain very well, but it did what it needed to. They could perhaps put more photos of the room on the site, as I booked not knowing exactly what I was going to get. It exceeded my expectations because of that, but more photos would be helpful.

The place let me check in early (10am) with no issues and were really accommodating. Great location. The room was comfortable and had great air con, which I definitely needed.

A couple of very minor things. A kettle in the room would have been nice to make a drink The placement of the socket behind the single bed pillow was not ideal for sleeping if you wished to use it.

The location was very close to the station which was ideal after arriving in Rome by train and departing the next day. The room was quiet, clean and the air conditioning meant it was a comfortable overnight stay. The shower was nice and powerful. Lots of restaurants close by for an evening meal

Very close to Termini Station so just right arriving by sleeper train from Siracusa, going to the 6 nations Rugby, staying overnight and then my train to Milano. Have been doing this for years. Previous hotels near Termini have put up their prices so Rimini was a good find and actually closer than the others.

It was 4am and we are scheduled to checkout at 5am and about to take a shower. There is a string in the shower that I pulled (and it broke the switch) thinking that it is a switch for the water heater. Marco came up to our room and said that I was pulling the emergency switch. As we check out, Marco told us that we will pay for the damaged switch. After some explaining, argument, and discussion, Marco finally let us go without a charge and I would like to thank him for that. I also do apologise for the damaged that I caused. The above incident would have been avoided had they put a sign near the string that says "Pull in case of emergency". Aside from that, our stay was comfortable though.

The entrance to the hotel doesn't seems appealing but as you come inside you have a clean room (decent size) and a comfortable bed. Though the hotel is old, it has updated facilities. The staff are efficient and helpful. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Roma Termini. Shops and restaurants are everywhere

the rooms as I mentioned are little bit old, the bathroom is of course good to use but little bit old-fashioned so the only thing you can complain is correlation price to quality (standard) but you are in the center or Rome

Breakfast was not included in my case so can not judge it. Location is more than perfect it's 50m from the main entrance to Roma Termini. It;s an old hotel, don't except fancy things. And I really love the personnel, in my case it was older Italian man really helpful and with great positive attitude
