The reception staff was really kind and patient, offering to keep our luggage as well for the last day after the Check-out, because we had a plan to visit Borghese gallery before going to the airport. The room was really comfortable to rest and have a break before visiting other places. The neighbor is perfect with bars and food places near, and really near to the main places (only 15-20 min walk crossing a bridge).

The toilet leaked all day long. Making it annoying at night. For a solo traveller the area looked a bit unsafe due to the rough exterior but at no time did I feel under threat.

Well located. Trastevere could be noisy but this place is located in a quiet area. Everything was clean and well cared. Simona and all the staff were very kind. The bed could be more comfortable but we slept good. Breakfast included good

Great location in Trastevere with only 15 minutes walking to back door gates to Forum Romanum (by tickets online as the gate only allow prepaid tickets). We got 4 single beds for our family as we asked for and breakfast at two nearby cafes. Close to roustique and good restaurants.

Just know that this is a guest house located on the second floor of an apartment building. We didn't know that and got confused when we arrived. Inside to the right and up the stairs.

Ripense was in the most perfect location to walk to everything you want to see. The food in the area was amazing and there are lots of little hidden gems like churches and crypts, markets on the river, evening music. There really is just so much to take in and Ripense was the perfect place to start and end a long day of exploring.

The included breakfast consists only of coffee and croissant at the nearest cafe. There is a buzzing noise near our room (possibly from a pump, a boiler, or something similar), we are sensitive to noise, and probably for others it's not important.

Great location, it's a quiet area near the river and center with narrow streets and restaurants. A good, comfortable bed. The hotel has reception.

Bear in mind: This is not a 'standard' hotel. There is no lobby or 24-hour staff available. There is also no bar/restaurant, so dinner is not available at the hotel unless you order in (but, there are plenty of restaurants in Trastevere). Additionally, we found (due to our history of back problems) the beds to be too hard and uncomfortable, but that is a personal preference for everyone.

Good location, approximately 20 minutes' walk to the Colosseum. Lovely neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Please note: Breakfast is served at one of the two nearby coffee shops(Vouchers included)

The noise level from other guests speaking in the corridor was not pleasant. It is a small "apartment size" property and other guests were not always considerate of you when they arrived late at night. The beds were a bit too hard for my liking.
