Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenThe one downside to our stay really was that the hotel restaurant kept a large TV on nonstop, with the Italian equivalent to MTV. To be fair we never asked if it was possible to turn it off (it felt rude to ask I guess), but it was fairly distracting while we were trying to enjoy both dinner and breakfast. Again, maybe it was our own fault for not asking and it would've been fine! Also that the WIFI didn't work in the rooms, only in the lobby. But that's it, nothing else. All together a great place.
Staying at the Miravalle was a happy mistake. I was looking for places in Tirano as we would arrive there by train. Booking recommended this and I failed to notice the distance away! We ended up having to pay €40 for a taxi (and had to wait a while to find someone willing to drive us all the way), but I am so happy it ended up this way. The drive up itself was amazing. Miravalle lies in the beautiful outskirts of Teglio, overlooking the mountains on all sides. The view is outstanding, even from our room which didn't have the "proper" mountain view! We only had one night there and never got a chance to explore the village (which looked beautiful from what little we saw), and have decided that we are definitely coming back the first chance we get. We are hoping to stay a week next time! The room was great. Great size, nice bathroom with a huge shower, MASSIVE balcony! We spent maybe most of our time there, just taking in the view. The beds were very comfortable, the place was immaculately clean, the staff was kind and helpful. The surroundings were very quiet, save the occasional Vespa flying past. The sky wasn't very clear but I still saw more stars there than at home in the city. Highly reccomended!
