From our check-in, up until our checkout, the staff were super polite and helpful. The receptionist who checked us in, Matilde, was excellent in all aspects and went the extra mile to help us with anything we needed.

When I booked on booking dot com, I clearly stated that I have an 11 year old child with me. I even pressed down on the roll down menu to pick his age. Anyway, To my surprise when I was checking out, the front desk staff made me pay extra for his stay, which was so uncalled for.

The breakfast was great! The overall cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10, and the over all modern design of the hotel relaxes you. One of a kind for sure.

The hotel is new, the rooms are very spacious, everything is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Digital control of room temperature and lighting, standard power outlets as well as USB and USB-C charging ports, and a very spacious, well-lit bathroom. The breakfast was extremely varied and pleasantly surprising. Free parking with available spots. I rarely leave reviews for the hotels I stay at, but this one truly deserves it.

It’s far away from the city centre.

It’s good hotel for couple nights staying when you’re traveling by car. The hotel has free parking area, good breakfast and good room.

Overall, I had a great stay. The only downside was that the doors closed quite loudly, which could be disturbing during the night or early morning. Some soundproofing or soft-close mechanisms would really improve the overall experience.

The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped – I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Breakfast offered a nice variety and good quality, and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly and attentive. The gym was a big plus: clean, with decent equipment for a hotel of this size. The location also worked well for me.

We need a bigger tea cup and takeaway cups for coffee or tea, the once u have are very small. Selection of iron of possible.

Too pricey and had established themselves as “fancy” with white linen cloth dinner service with expensive dining but nothing “simple” Italian. Only one staff member spoke English so it became a problem to find snacks before dining opened and the bar only served alcohol. Not a hotel for the regular European traveler to Italy

The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but it’s conveniently close to the highway. I was aware of this in advance, and it suited my needs perfectly.

I had a fantastic stay at RMH Modena Raffaello! I loved everything about this hotel, especially the superb breakfast—there was a wide variety of high-quality products, and the cappuccino made to order by the waiters was perfect every morning. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and all the facilities felt fresh and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Modena!
