I booked the room for one night in order to attend the STRAY KIDS concert .Everything was perfect .In case I will come again in Rome I will prefer it and propose it to my friends

Everything was perfect. I traveled with my family and I recommend for everyone to stay there

Location’s great, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, a few different bus stops and shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Staff were polite and helpful.

The communication with the property manager was very confusing. They did not contact us via booking.com, nor responded to our inquiries, rather they contacted us via WhatsApp. They also requested photos of our IDs to be sent through WhatsApp. We were also instructed to call their number once we arrived so they can let us in the building and nobody answered the phone. We had to wait for somebody else to leave the building in order for us to get in. The property was outdated, the doors and windows did not close properly. No coffee machine/ kettle/ safe deposit box was found in the room (even though these amenities were advertised).

It was ok for two nights staying

It didn’t look like the pictures that were posted. The water in the shower was always cold, and the staff was not very polite. They charge €6 per person per night extra. You can only pay in cash by leaving the money on a table. The only time we saw the person apparently in charge, he used body language to ask about the money as he did not speak any understandable language. Thankfully, we had a photo of the money we left on the table as proof that we paid.

Lovely apartment, nice modern decor and situated in a lovely suburb. Facilities to make coffee and tea and in the morning they put out some cakes and pastries. The suburb it’s in is cool and nice to be away from the touristy centre. Lovely cafes nearby and a couple of useful small supermarkets are close.

Some things could be cleaner but overall its good value for the money. I would definitely recommend it to others.

High quality, clean, includes everything necessary (towels, soap, glasses), all in perfect order. The room was small, but more than sufficient for my needs of a single person and it would suffice even for a couple. Communication with Ginevra on WhatsApp was helpful with all the necessary instructions on how to get in and out. Most importantly it was quiet. I was worried about the location on a large boulevard, but the windows were high quality and I was not bothered by the traffic, which is civil, especially by Roman standards. The surrounding area is very nice and a good discovery of what Rome can be like outside the tourist-beaten track.

Clear and position

Great location. Visited vatican. Watched a football match at the stadio olimpico. Safe to walk back home. Easy directions.

Am thinking if I didn't like anything...

The stay was ok. The room was fine but nothing special. Beds are comfortable and check in is easy through self check in.

There is no real breakfast.
