The storage for the personal valuable belongings is not working. And for the hostel this aspect is very important. Also, the overall condition of the place can be improved.

Room is little smaller but nice. Location is fine (10-15 minutes by bus to downtown area). Very pleasant and helpful staff and nice breakfast. It was great, since we had early flight, that they left us croissants for early breakfast. Also, checking in after 9pm is paying 15 euros for each hour. City tax is 7 euros per person per night.

really small dormitory and no space outside room to relax and the curtains are permanently tied closed so there is no natural light. Felt like a cave.

The walls are a bit thin so you hear every noise from outside.

The host was really really nice and passionate. He makes fresh orange juice for breakfast. :) Prati Is a lovely central quarter.

It is perhaps a bit far from the main tourist sites and the public transportation system (bus) can take quite a while to get through.

The room is comfortable and the host takes care of the details, in the fridge you find drinks included in the price and there is also coffee and tea. Our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late, however, the host was attentive all the time giving us directions and making sure we could do the self check in. Although we have no problems with the rules, it is important to mention that in the room there are different notices with rules that must be followed. The breakfast included is typical Italian, which is not bad, considering that it is traditional in this country. It is served in a bar very close to the B&B.

The cleanliness could be improved - the bathroom needs some maintenance.

The staff was helpful and also assisted with our airport transfers. It was comfortable and well located, walking distance to Vatican - as well as other major attractions. The breakfast across the street was simple but loved the Italian grandpas and their wonderful attitude.

The shower draining was clogged, we waited 2 days expecting it to be cleaned, then notified manager, and finally got it cleaned at the last day of our stay. Also, generally shower box was not so clean, therefore I can’t say, that it was so pleasant to take shower. Again, it was cleaned the day before our leave, but when you pay for a stay, you expect the clean room and bathroom since day 1.

Nice location, friendly manager. He met us at the airport. Also he was responsive during our stay.

Room is small. We were two but for three it is too tiny considering the luggage we had. The bathroom is old a bit but in general is ok.

Good location of the appartment. Close to the Vatican city and Ottavino metro station from which you can reach different touristic places. The owner is a very nice person. He left few compliments for us which was cute. He also was available for any questions we had

We arrived late as due to electric problems trains were not working. We're not able to access the room directly as the host had Internet problems and was not able to let us in. But the issue was resolved.

Place is in short walking distance to Vatikan. Nice, quiet. We stayed in the blue room. It was nice. Had complimentary drinks, what was very nice from the host.

Bathroom wasn’t clean, hot water ran out after a few minutes in the shower. There was a kettle in the room but no spoons, mugs, coffee or sugar. No cleaners were in throughout the stay to replace towels or bedding.
