Walking distance to all landmarks , quiet neighborhood , friendly staff . Close to buses and trains if you don’t want to walk . Luca communicated great during the whole booking process. Also offered recommendations if needed.

There wasn't anything we did not like.

Location was perfect. The room was very clean . The coffee maker and pods were a real bonus. The host Luca was so helpful and a really good guy. Without his advice we would have missed some amazing Rome places to visit.

Lucca was very accommodating and the room was cozy and clean. The location is great and quite centrally located. We walked to the Vatican and to excellent restaurants in the area. It was close to city center and a lot of great stores.

The property is perfect.

The room was super clean and comfortable, easy to access and in a beautiful building with elevator. But I would like to spend some good words on the owner, because he deserves it. The owner of the property is such an amazing person.. his dedication is incredible. He has been incredibly kind and gave me the right tips about where to eat and where to spend my time. Without him I wouldn’t have such a magical experience, thank you.

The room was spacious We had a nice view. Public transport was right there. It can get a little noisy when the window is opened because the place is located next to a road. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Luca was quite helpful. Loved my stay there.

Localization - close to subway, and also good point to get to the most important places by walk. Owner and his hospitality - priceless. Luca is a kind, helpful person, who is dedicated as an host to the guests. Always clean and tidy room. There is a kettle with tea of your choice, coffee machine and a fridge available in the room. I truly recommend the place! 🥰

Place is clean and perfect. There is tea and coffee which is topped up daily, room is cleaned everyday and the location is really convenient. Luca is the greatest host you could possibly find, he was there for every question and he gave us really good restaurant recommendations and advice how to get around! He deserves 10+++ rating for everything he does to make his guests feel welcome! He even gifted us champagne for our anniversary! Our stay was just perfect!

Luca and his son Andreas were the kindest people and made our stay feel so warm and welcomed. Loved the location. Loved that they were flexible to store our luggage. Great stay and close to all the sites. Even loved the coffee and slippers.

You can hear cars from the street in the night, but it is not so bad.

It is so close to Vatican City and every major attraction. Luca is a great host!

Great location, very close to the Vatican City and the Rome city centre, easy to reach by public transport or walk. The host Luca was so kind and gave us many great tips about the city. Super clean and tidy room. I particularly liked the small fridge and the coffee machine in the room. AC was really appreciated in the summer heat.

Staff was wonderful! Room was ready early which was not promised, but an awesome bonus when we went to drop off our bags and check in. Gentleman at check in was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. Location was perfect. Beds were comfy. Communication ahead of our stay was useful as well. Suggested we take the bus shuttle from airport which was cheap and easy. Would stay here again.

We liked everything: the property, the location, everything was great!

Extremely good location, very close to the Vatican and a lovely short walk to Pantheon, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Very clean room, good size and Luca, the host, is super welcoming and also gave us great local restaurant recommendations! We'll definitely be back when we return to Rome.

Everything was perfect. Location: stop from airport bus near, easy to reach. Close to St. Peter‘s square. Clean, comfortable, welcoming personal, possibility to leave luggage; coffee and drinking water provided.

Everything was simply perfect. Location excellent, apartment neat and clean. Luca and his son were excellent hosts. We had a late check in and early check out, but everything was so well organized. Compliments to the lady who cleans the room. She was also very kind. All in all, excellent apartment and people,, we definitely recommend❤️😊.

The accommodation was perfect — clean, comfortable, well-located and fully equipped — but what truly made the difference was the wonderful host, who helped us in advance with our airport transfer and gave us excellent tips for transport, sightseeing and restaurants, always with great kindness.

Perfect location – close to everything! A few minutes to the metro, Vatican just a short walk away, and Castel Sant'Angelo even closer. There’s a SITBusShuttle stop right next to the place – super convenient for getting straight to FCO airport. The room was clean, bathroom and beds made every day, fresh towels too. Luca, the owner, is incredibly nice – when we arrived, he showed us the fastest ways to get to all the main sights and how to use the metro efficiently. Also, no problem at all leaving our luggage for a few hours after check-out before heading to the airport. Great stay overall!

Luca is very helpful and friendly host. Room is spacious, bed is large and comfortable. Both room and bathroom is spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. Historical places are within walking distance. You can stay here without a second thought. We loved our stay, next time we will book here again.
