Staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage in safe place because we had a late flight. Plus we did have a remote control for air conditioning and they quickly got us one. The room and bathroom was very big plus there was a coffee machine.

It could be better marked, because the name of the apartments is only on the intercom at the entrance door from the street.

The location is perfect, just down the road from Vatican City, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The facilities in the room are excellent, you have a coffee machine with caps filled up every day, kettle, fridge. Very good quality beds, linen and towels. Even the rooms face the busy street, they are quiet. In reception you can get extra dishes or glasses for your room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had to move from where I originally booked. I booked at Vatican Inn, but they had to move us to Vatican treasure. They contacted us literally not more that 24 hours before the check in. We were in Vico esquense that time and my cell signal is too bad, so I haven’t read and replied immediately. If I didn’t see the message, probably we would end up nowhere because the message will need to be confirmed. Luckily they gave us the same value of money from the originally booked hotel. They were actually the same. I think it’s a sister’s company. Everything went well at the end. The other property didn’t fail to impress.

The hotel Vatican Treasure was near the tourist attractions specially St.Peter’s square! Near the metro and easy access to everything. We loved our stay in this chic hotel!

Bathroom is so small and had a weird oder.

Staff were responsive but barely spoke English. But ride at times but nothing out of the ordinary. Self checking was easy and the room was decent. Although the rooms look nothing like the pictures and the bathroom was so small, could barely fit inside the bathroom. Location is great.

Whoever took the photographs of this place earnt their money as the place looks nothing like this in real life! The rooms are much smaller and definitely in need of maintenance with wallpaper peeling off the walls. Our shower was so tiny my husband nearly didn't fit! Rooms were super clean but it comes at a price. Be prepared for staff to move your stuff, touch luggage and turn off aircon units. Upon returning from Rome tours in 40 degree heat it was disappointing to come back to a warm room and the aircon struggled to come back up to temperature.

Central location near a supermarket and walking distance to bus stops and restaurants. Airport coach transfer service is run from just around the corner which was fantastic. Staff were helpful, we had issues with our shower and our friends with their fridge and both were fixed right away.

We didn’t have a tv remote in our room and never bothered to ask staff about it as we only used the tv for background noise, I’m sure it would had been a easy issue to resolve. The room definitely had some issues with the wall paper and paint job some areas were peeling and such but overall very tidy. We wasn’t provided a Duvet instead it was a thick large blanket sandwiched with 2 white sheets, luckily it wasn’t cold. The shower seemed to have a mind of its own aswell so be cautious.

The staff were friendly from what we saw of them, hotel room was nice and modern looking, coffee, tea and a nice sized mini fridge. The location is Amazing you are located right next to the Vatican and castle and about a 20-30 min walk over the river to all the tourists attractions, 10 min walk to the nearest station. There is also a smoking area by reception in the hotel, you aren’t required to go outside and down the stairs, I didn’t use it as I didn’t notice until the last day but I definitely would had as it looked very nice and extremely Covenant.
