Great location,lovely clean rooms

Updated, comfortable, close to everything!

The AC wasn’t the best in the unit.

The location was perfect for me, and the Rome Vatican Inn gave me a safe, clean and comfortable “home” for the duration of my trip. It gave me all of the amenities I needed. I lost t phone on my second to last day which presented me with a few problems but the manager could not have been more helpful or kind. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The only mild criticism was that the room had no view over the city, but this was balanced by its very close proximity to Vatican City and the Castel St Angelo. Less than a 4 minute walk either way. Perfect.

Location was good if another company ever manages the property.

Day of the check in they inform me that they cannot offer the room I booked but another one in another building and address. Also the way they dealt with the issue was if you wish stay if not go, and it was too last min to book anything else. Also the other place that was managed by them had a lower rating and price on Booking, and got a ten euro discount which is ridiculous. Basically if I wanted to search the streets of Rome I wouldn't be booking in advance and paying extra fees, just so when I got there to be reallocated. Would NOT recommend, this never happened to me in Rome before or anywhere else.

Staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage in safe place because we had a late flight. Plus we did have a remote control for air conditioning and they quickly got us one. The room and bathroom was very big plus there was a coffee machine.

I liked the area and the property was clean.

In the booking it says AC and they apparently don’t turn the AC on until summer but with it being 80 degrees outside it made it very hot and uncomfortable.

No hot water in shower, when mentioned to staff they did nothing.

Location was excellent. Overall clean and adequate.

The beds were to hard. The shower head would not stay up.

Sorry no breakfast. It is clean . but no proper lift and reception.

I need your help. We forget my husband sling shoulder bag . Can we please ask them to return to us by courier. We are happy to pay the courier expenses.

I don’t like that there doesn’t function the AC instead when in the publication show another information.

The room was cozy, all was comfortable and nice, staff was very friendly, good location in general, and it was good capsule coffee machine in the kitchen:)

2 days before arrival the location was changed to another one due to some booking mistake from hotel side, as their hotel apartments in 2 different places, its still was in a city center, but far from the spots where I would like to stay, I asked about some discount due to this inconvenience, but it was not provided

The location was good , I loved the balcony, bed was big , the had two extra sofas which was cool

The water heater was sooooooo dirty ,that we didn’t drink from it, the shampoo and shower gel were really bad plus I felt like the bed sheets were not changed and they had no toothbrushes

The location is perfect, just down the road from Vatican City, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The facilities in the room are excellent, you have a coffee machine with caps filled up every day, kettle, fridge. Very good quality beds, linen and towels. Even the rooms face the busy street, they are quiet. In reception you can get extra dishes or glasses for your room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It could be better marked, because the name of the apartments is only on the intercom at the entrance door from the street.
