Good breakfast. Nice renewed room. After 3 days of hiking we refreshed in spa very well. Very good saunas and relax zone with nice views!

    Bad hair dryer

The spa was excellent. Location to ski rental, tourist office and ski lift was also excellent.

The white lighting in the main dinner restaurant didn't make that atmosphere cozy. A yellow light is always nicer. It would have been nice to have more fruit options, like bananas at breakfast. It would also be nice to allow guests to bring their own wine to dinner even if charged a corkage fee.

The rooms were nice and clean, a bit on the small side. The beds were comfortable. The common areas for breakfast and dinner were spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast and dinner selections were great! The wellness area was truly exceptional! The staff was super friendly and efficient.

The time for dinner should be 6:30pm, not 7:30pm; that’s too late. One should get a clean towel for each spa visit and not just one towel for the week - not hygienic!

It is an old hotel with a history. The room we had was with a great balcony fronted to mountains. It was spacious, with plenty of space and storage. The SPA wellness is a brand new and just GREAT. It has a pool and 3 saunas (classic finnish dry sauna with a mountain view, sauna 60 temperature/60 humidity and steam sauna). The food is AMAZING and the selection is extremely wide.

We missed having a teapot with mugs in the room, and also some glasses. In the summer time we would miss a mini fridge too. Our child got heavily sick during the stay and we had to come back 3 nights earlier. Unfortunately, there was no option to negotiate the discount. It was quite upsetting to lose the vacation days which were paid.

The SPA was cool. It looked modern and completely new. One wall was made of glass, heading to the mountains - impressive. Parking lofts were outside and also inside and closed at night. There was a ski cloakroom with an automatic dry system. Ski boots were always dry in the morning. Thanks for that

The room was small (I was OK with it). It was tidy and equipped quite well. However, there were no blinds, just translucent curtains, so light came into the soundproofed well. There was black mildew around a window frame. Stuff cleaned it daily, but they didn't change towels. The food was OK.

Wellness is brand new renovated, balcony view is amazing. Breakfast is good.

Room is old and really really basic, there’s even no drinking glass, only 2 one time plastic cups in toilet. Room wall is thin, you can hear everything from next door, the snoring, talking… etc no privacy. There’s no bath gown you can wear to go down to wellness center. Better wrap yourself with a towel to walk through the hotel. Elevator is semi broken. You have to keep on press the button, then it will come… it’s far away from sellaronda.

The room was spacious, and the view from the windows was truly fantastic. We also appreciated the friendly atmosphere in the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the wellness spa. Although the ski area located just 50 meters away from the hotel is relatively small, some of the slopes are truly worthwhile, especially the one that leads back to the village.

We arrived during an overcrowded period in the ski area of Val di Fassa.

The location was great, beautiful mountains around, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great.

When you are “greeted” by a grumpy receptionist you immediately know you are not off to a good start. We booked this accommodation to rest up after our 10hrs drive across Europe and we got tempted by the spa facilities at the hotel. When we checked in at 6pm, the receptionist told us it’s already closed, when I said oh such a pitty we were really looking forward to it, he started shouting and pointing at his screen that he sent a msg via booking.com to say the spa is only open between 3pm and 5pm. Back in our room I checked, it was a msg fully in Italian no mention of opening times. The receptionist continued to be rude, no information such as WiFi codes were givin by himself, he was only asking for payment. We were also told that we are not allowed to take out the room key with us from the hotel, we have to hang it up by the reception (completely reachable by all passing by). We started to pack out from our car and went to the garage, he shouted after us to take the key back immediately.. besides the ridiculous behaviour of the receptionist, the room was fine although a bit dated. The shower was blocked, not the nicest way to start a morning. We got a room on the first floor with no balcony. All in all, one of the most disappointing stay in a long time, will not be coming back here. People working in hospitality should try and like at least a little other humans.
