How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

They wouldnt let us have more towels, they charged for everything including parking. They let us use the bikes but didn't tell us there was a charge. So we had a surprise on the bill. The house keeper was rude when my friend tried to get a new towel. Old and run down but the location is why we stayed there. Would not stay again. Also the shower does not even allow you to shower , the water sprays the toilet , and the light in the bathroom is on a sensor that doesn't work so we had the light shut off on us the majority of the time. Would not reccomend unless it is the only option available
Good morning, 1st of all we are not used to having guests who without asking, take furtively towels from the laundry cart to go to the beach... with towels already in the room, moreover! Parking is against fee, as written on booking.com and as was indicated to you in the message sent by booking.com as soon as you booked. Bikes are extra service, and as extra - also in your language!- are to be paid and this not only was clearly told you at the reception, when you were given the padlock keys but it is also written everywhere in the hotel! You did not book breakfast but one of you sneaked into the breakfast room and was taking some yogurts from the buffet without even asking the waiter ... Finally you ran away without paying for the double shot coffee you ordered at the bar! Conclusion? WE DO NOT RECOMMAND GUESTS LIKE YOU!

Verified reviewthe hotel is on very good location and has parking which is quite convenient. room is big enough and equipped modestly but satisfying, there are everything guests need. all space is pretty clean. staff is attentive and kind. breakfast is very good.
a/c is little bit noisy. light in the room is weak so it is hard to read in the evening.

Verified reviewThis is a very neat 2-star hotel and you need to understand this when you book since you cannot expect 5-star service from a 2-star hotel. As for 2 stars this is a very very nice place with a very neat and nice owner. It has all the basics you need, AC is working, there is a balcony and breakfast. Overall, nothing to complaoin about, recommended for budget travelling.

If you keep your expectations in check, this is a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Verified reviewVery friendly staff. All amenities were as described. Breakfast had variety and was good and tasteful. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, stores. etc. All in all, a nice stay. Also rented bikes to wander around.
A small fridge is available by request and additional charge. The hotel is a bit dated, the rooms could do with an update. There's a light sensor in the bathroom with the light going off at all the wrong moments.

Verified reviewOld-fashioned hotel, located close to the beach and restaurant area, rooms have air conditioners, good wifi, good breakfast, cheap safe parking, beach services, pets allowed. The interior of the rooms I am sure will be improved in the near future.
