For a four star hotel the room (family room) was quite basic: surface on the snall side, not enough storage for clothes, no fridge, second child bed very short (good our 10yo is not particularly tall). On arrival we had three apples as welcome gift, not even one per guest (we were 4). I know they don’t have to offer anything, but if you’re going to do it, at least get it right. We had to ask for an adult bathrobe for our daughter, to go to pool/spa, as the child one provided was very small. This seemed to be an issue for the staff, but eventually we got one. We were given only two towels for the pool/spa, same story than with the bathrobe, and with a “towels are for adults” for seasoning. So, what am I supposed to do with my kids for who I have paid for their stay by the way? I wouldn’t say this made us feel very welcome as a family (hotel is definitely not family oriented). This put us off from using dinner or bar services, we opted for spending our money where we feel welcome (hotel’s loss). Breakfast buffet is not bad but is essentially a cold buffet. No hot food other than fried or scrambled eggs if you ask for them, or an egg boiling bad. Extensive bread selection, that’s the highlight if you like your bread.

Good location, quiet and scenic. Close to mountain lift. Clean.

Not the cheapest option, but worth it Perhaps consider offering a shuttle service down to Nova Levante so one doesn't always need to take the car.

It was a full apartment and clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful; in particular, Alex who was phenomenal and Michaela at front desk, super helpful, efficient and professional.

The ceiling window didn’t have blinds, which is a real annoyance in summer when the sun is up at 5. We fixed it with a towel 😅 but blinds or black-out curtains would be great on all windows.

It would be nice if the wellness area were not only open in the evenings. For guests with very demanding culinary preferences, the menu may not be the highlight of the stay, but it is definitely satisfactory. But for the price, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is in a beautiful, secluded location, with modern and clean rooms, lounge, dining- and wellness area. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. Our vacation there was very relaxing and enjoyable – an excellent stay for the price!!

We stayed in the apartment, which was missing a few things from the kitchen. Ie bin, drying up cloth, wine glasses etc. The lady at reception could definitely work on her mannerisms, it felt like she hated every minute of her job. Lastly, a very loud family with kids and dogs (barking non stop when left alone) was there during our stay, which definitely spoilt the experience a bit. This is however no fault of the hotel.

The apartment is large and very comfortable. The breakfast has a great spread and the staff at breakfast were always very friendly. The hotel is located perfectly for hikes and yet still close to the town at the bottom of the road. A car is however recommended.

1. Small surprise - absence of Prosecco to breakfast. The waiter said that prosecco is not really for breakfast. But I travelled a lot, and in every Italy **** hotel (Spain - kava, and so on...) it is quite regular. 2. Just a peace of advise to hotel. If you annonce, that wellness hours for children are till 4 pm, just check it! There are plenty of childrens inside till 8 pm, so adults just cann.t to use the whirpool and the pool.

The room was spacious and quiet. The spa was great after skiing. The dining staff was very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed that we could ski out the front door to the main lift area. Overall we had a wonderful time.

I still believe it is a bit overpriced but this is normal in the area for any available structure.

We loved our stay at Rosengarten. We only stayed for 2 night unfortunately but we will certainly consider getting back for longer. The hotel is very nice and new. The room was super comfy and clean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi which our daughter loved. The location is good because we could reach the walks on Latemar and Catinaccio easily even though the view from the room was not great.

In this area almost all hotels or the hotels we stayed has no air-condition . We were told we never needed one, it naturally gets cold at night. But not true. Nigts were warm and uncomfortable . if we keep the windows open, it became comfortable but windows did not have screens so bugs had free pass to enter the room.

Hotel does provide dinner and breakfast. You have to pay for the dinner. But it worked out for us quite well because most restaurants in the town stays close on Monday and the one which were open got closed by six o'clock . We reached to the hotel by restaurant's by 4:30 and by the time we settled down and started looking for the restaurant, it was too late.The restaurant dinner is quite delicious .

the location was amazing, right at the end of the street. very quiet and beautifully situated in front of the mountains / forest. the room was very clean, comfortable beds, staff was exceptionally friendly.

Spa area was busy and we found last hour to be best. No staff around to impose the no children after 4.30 rule which was an issue for the first 2 days. If you are hiking or snow shoeing be prepared to sort yourself out with routes and guides if needed, no in house programme although it is a great base if you are confident navigating.

spa facilities were good and well maintained, swimming pool small but fantastic view. Food was excellent with wide ranging buffets at breakfast and before evening meal. calm ambience, no noise from other rooms. We were given a free local bus pass which was well used hiking in neighbouring valleys and walking back

They didn't have our booking when we arrived - even though it had been confirmed on booking.com and had exchanged messages about luggage storage between our stay.

The hotel was very nice, the spa was nice, and it was a good place to relax and hike around the area.
