Hotel is situated very well near the Verona Puerto Nova Railway Station and just about a 10 min walk away from the Arena. Nice and friendly staff!

The shower was a little bit old, the ceiling was old and not looking good. Some reconstruction needed inside the room

The price for parking spoils the overall impression of accommodation in this otherwise very nice hotel

The hotel is located close to the historic center within walking distance. Optimal for guests planning to visit the Arena Verona. The hotel has very helpful staff, rich breakfast selection, excellent, hassle-free parking

My only complaint about the property is the lack of plug sockets within the room. Only one socket to charges smartphones and watches for a couple was a pain.

The property was aesthetically stunning, lovely decor throughout. Location is only a 15-20 minute walk into Verona centre.

Tricky to get to from train station although it was near. Quite a walk out of main town.

Car park costs were an unnecessary extra expense. Breakfast was a little chaotic on the first day. There were not enough tables so we had to wait several minutes. Queues at coffee machines were excessive.

Staff were friendly, hotel was generally clean and well looked after.

The front desk ladies were very unfriendly. No smile, no greeting… They could not even check my bookings by booking number. Moreover, the mid age one wasn’t able to check it using the computer. Booked two rooms which were spacious and clean but not bathtubs were clogged and we had to take a shower standing into the water about 10 inches….

There was nothing major to dislike. A balcony or rooftop space for sitting out would have added to the facilities on offer, though there are outside seats near the river flowing past the hotel. No shelter from a hot sun though.

Stayed a couple of nights on the way home from a climbing holiday in the Dolomites. The hotel is very conveniently located, within easy walking distance of the centre of Verona. It's also within easy walking distance of Verona Porta |Nuova train station. A large hotel on five floors, it has great facilities. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful and the breakfast choice was extensive, with cereal, fruit, cooked food and much more on offer, so you don't go hungry. Our room was air conditioned and quiet, conducive to a good night's sleep. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms are Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was also good. The location is great . It is a short walk to the centrum and we took electric steps back to the hotel. That was really fun.

The bathroom cleanliness needed improving as the grouting was black. The head board was also deteriorating and came off on touch which was unpleasant.

The hotel is close to the train station and walkable distance in to the main town.

They had a problem with the wi-fi so we couldn't get wi-fi at all in the room. There were no plug sockets! We had to unplug the fridge to charge our phones. Minor issues though.

Nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. Friendly staff. Good sized room. Good bathroom. Comfy beds. Clean. Close to the train station. 15 minute walk from Verona central.

I love everything about the hotel 🏨

Breakfast was wonderful, with a lovely atmosphere. The lady Precious provided excellent service, greeting all guests with a friendly and polite demeanor. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located near the main Verona train station. The bed was extremely comfortable. One suggestion I have is for the housekeeping team to pay closer attention to detail, ensuring that every corner of each room is thoroughly cleaned.

The WiFi is in need of serious upgrade. Did not work in my room and took endless efforts to login in the lobby. Very outdated tech (I was working during stay and it made meetings impossible)

Location is brilliant & central to station and walking distance into old town. Facilities are great if a little dated.

We stayed 3 nights. Easy to get to from the train with luggage and a stroll to city centre. It was a good location for us because we enjoy walking. Previous views said they had street noise, but we didn’t hear it. Breakfast was plentiful and our room was large and modern. Dinner at the restaurant was beautiful.

Not much to dislike. Walking back to Hotel at night was ok as we were a group.would feel a bit unsafe as path nearer Hotel was very dark. Reception staff were quite miserable.

Hotel was ten minutes walk to centre. Good car parking that is why we choose this Hotel
