The restaurant staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with the many guests. Plan for a longer dinner. The gym was underwhelming if one lifts regularly.

Great spa area and indoor swimming pool. Very good food at the restaurant. And a Bosco espresso machine for exceptional cafe if you ask nicely. Very friendly staff.

We spontaneously booked two nights at Bio & Wellness Hotel Pazeider as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday — and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Even before our arrival, I was warmly assisted via email with all my questions, which immediately made a great impression. Upon check-in, we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room offering a stunning view over Merano and the valley — absolutely breathtaking. For the first evening, I had arranged a special birthday dinner: a five-course meal where you could choose from various options. Each dish was delicious, and the extensive wine list is a real treat for wine lovers. Highly recommended! Breakfast was equally impressive: a generous spread of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurts, mueslis, eggs prepared to order by the chef, fresh juices — everything you could wish for. On Saturday, we booked e-bikes through the hotel. The service was seamless, and the bikes were of excellent quality. It was the easiest bike tour we’ve ever started, and the surroundings are simply stunning for cycling. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the wellness facilities due to our short stay and full schedule, the range of offerings — from massages and fitness sessions to pools and saunas — looked just as high-quality as everything else. A big compliment to the entire team: from the reception staff to the restaurant crew, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. The rooms and public areas were also spotless — hats off to housekeeping!

Sometimes we felt a bit of the smell (not natural) from the garden (i assume) The entry to the hotel is right next to the railway, so sometimes it is cosed for a short time. You just have to wait, but it's not a big deal. The personel in the restaurant looked a bit lost:) An lot if people running arround, but still quite a time to wait.

It's located in a beautifull spot with a scenic views. The hoyell is well designed. I really enjoyed a good swim in the pool in the morning. Breakfast is very good.

Hotel is located in a place where you can have sun very less.

The stuff is very professional and very friendly. You feel that they really take care of you. Food is very good and bio. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The rooms are sparkling clean and newly renovated, so is the rest of the hotel. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful; we traveled with a small baby and they went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The food is very good (pizza is particularly recommended) and the restaurant is excellently run by Donatello, who is very professional and made us feeling at home. The overall atmosphere was great, the view is excellent, and the whole experience was very positive. Definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend!

No air conditioner Too outdated rooms with specific smell At last day housekeeping came twice to the room without knocking before check out time, while my husband was in the shower (though shower is visible from hotel corridor. Felt very unsafe. Unacceptable service and conditioning for quite expensive 4 start hotel

Lack of comfort in the room, no airco,although stated explicitly and explained with a smile “with a global unique cooling system hidden in the wall”. No light in the shower. Very hard bed. Worn out pillows. Last night around 2200h no light, no service on the garden terrace. Pictures on line were not representative to the actual situation.

Location close to Merano. Breakfast was fine, including the waiter.

Not enough parking if you arrived late

Amazing dinner and breakfast. All the food are extraordinary. The vegetables and fruits are all organic and have real taste. It is not the same thing at the supermarket. Best breakfast that i ever had this year.
