The water pressure in the toilet and shower could be improved, but it didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience.

A favorite spot — warm, relaxed and well taken care of This is one of our favorite places for a relaxing stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everyone is friendly and attentive, and there’s a lovely, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The breakfast is generous and delicious, and the pool area is clean and inviting — a perfect place to unwind. One minor downside that’s outside the hosts’ control: not all guests seem to take personal hygiene seriously, which can affect the overall experience at the pool. A gentle reminder on that front wouldn’t hurt. Overall, though, we love coming here and will definitely be back!

Street repairs made it difficult to find and parking was only available across the road at the ferry terminal. The cafe below was noisy in the late evening.

Right across from the port backing onto the old town. The hostess was very quick to arrive and helpful. Large clean apartment with a mini fridge.

The internet.

The staff at the hotel are kind and helpful, the hotel is very clean all around and the breakfast is really good. Everything about the place was very nice but the internet, as it wasn't accessible from our rooms but it didn't ruin our experience. I would recommend this accommodation and come again.

Excellent breakfast with good choice of options - buffet style - with seating in restaurant with view of the pool. Lovely clean pool and well kept gardens around it. The room, as for the whole place, was spotless. The staff were all super helpful - especially Veronica in the bar who went out of her way to look after the guests, including serving drinks and freshly made snacks at the pool in the late afternoon/evening.

The restaurant could have more options for kids, not kid’s friendly menu. Pool should be open all day.

Location a bit off a walk from town, the beach and shops. So should have a car. Staff very helpful with organising trips. Great breakfast. Loved the pool area. A busy road next to the hotel. Though I had booked with a balcony but it’s more of a French small balcony

We arrived late on the first evening so we ate in the hotel restaurant, the menu was only via a QR code which we were not happy with as we don’t like to have phones at the table and it was very difficult to read, it was also lacking in choice. The food was fine but atmosphere was lacking, the staff told us the evening restaurant was run by an outside company. Breakfast was always lovely though and the staff were great.

The hotel was spotless and staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Great parking and good location.

Be careful with the insects at the swimming pool. At the borders it is tricky to walk there.

No place in the room to dry towels or clothes after the beach. Strong smell of chlorine in the pool.

Nice and clean hotel. Welcoming staff. Relaxing pool. A possibility to have dinner in the restaurant with 10% discount for the hotel guests.

The hotel is not very close to the city centre, if you are walking it will take you around half an hour.

We loved the place itself. It is so nice hotel with very friendly staff. The pool is amazing, you can have a drink and enjoy your time there. We were so surprised that there were so few people although it's tourist season already! We loved this place, loved the people working there, and we enjoyed this beautiful small city of Arbatax.
