How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was light and airy, the bed was very comfortable, street parking out the front was easily accessible, and it was only a short walk to an area with a good number of restaurants for breakfast and an evening meal. There were little touches in the room that made our stay very comfortable - quality teas, a little gift on the bed, tissues, a dedicated space for our suitcases, a chair to sit in, and good quality towels and toiletries in the ensuite.

The pillows could be better, they are a little too flat but it’s down to personal preference.
Perfect for a 1-night stay in a charming little town. Very comfortable and clean space with all the modern comforts and well thought-out little things such as abundant storage space, kettle for tea-making, toothbrush holder, etc. Parking is free and super convenient just around the corner, which was handy having a few pieces of luggage. Short walk to the centre, and not far from the castle. Highly recommend.

The second floor without an elevator may be physically demanding for some people.

The curtains block the air conditioning, meaning the room can get very warm. We had to pull the curtains up and rest them on the window sill.
The property is in such a great location, with free and close parking. Very short flat walk to the hub - made it perfect to come and go throughout the day.

Nothing this apartment is a winner.
This property has it all. Beautiful layout with ample space.View of the castle from the rear windows. Easy walking distance within the old town. Great attention to detail throughout.

Probably google maps fault - but on our way to the property maps sent us into a tiny asly that we nearly got stuck, watch out to maps there! 🤣
Walking distance from everyday, it was clean and dirty, easy to check in.

It was all good!
Spacious, comfortable flat with a view up to the castle on the outside of town, just a short walk to the centre. Calm and peaceful. In a perfect location where we could relax after a busy day. Easy on street parking beside the building.

Only slight negative was drain smell in bathroom, but fine when door shut.
Stunning duplex apartment which is very good value for money. Very comfortable and comes with everything you’d need. Stunning view of Bosa castle. Great location, free parking nearby. Would love to stay again.

The location is close to the town center, you can park your car in front of the building, because there is a one way street, you can park both sides. The host and cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. We were a bit confused since the pictures looked like a different location that was nearby (balcony pictures were taking us to another building), we finally were able to find the appartment, which was on gound floor.

The bed was not actually on the loft (top floor) but on the lower floor. The loft space could be of a better use

Everything was amazing! View from the apartment was amazing! All the facilities you need for your stay, comfy beds and a great TV. On street parking that you can see from the window of the apartment, the road is also very wide so vehicles are safe. Thanks for the amazing stay we can't wait to come back!

As said above, fantastic stay. If really must point out an improvement, we had very noisy neighbours in the adjacent room making a lot of noise in the night, taking videocalls at midnight .Would be great to have more soundproof rooms.
Everything: the room is tastefully decorated and of exceptional cleanliness !!! Extremely nice of the host to provide plenty of lotions that you don't find even in the best hotels. The mattress was awesome too!!! The house is 2 minutes walk from the city centre, with plenty of parking available. Overall a great stay and great value for money.

The bed sagged in the middle and thus was a little uncomfortable. Be aware that there are 45 steps to the apartment - but that's why you get the views. This may be a problem for some.
What a fabulous place, starting with good communication and plenty of information. The view from the long enclosed terrace like-area is great with plenty of windows that could be opened. It was perfect for having breakfast etc., in. The kitchen was well equiped and smart. The bathroom was fabulous being large, airy and light. The location was perfect for us. Avoiding Bosa's traffic restrictions and parking issues. It's in a quiet location and is just a 5 minute walk to Bosa's main areas.

Really amazing space. A gorgeous view of the castle. The room was so spacious and the decor was lovely. Had all the essentials and more. The loacation was ideal, central and easy to find. The room even had maps and information about what to do and where to go.

Lovely, light and spacious apartment with an amazing view of the castle. We only had two nights here, but wish we could have had more! Easy to walk into Bosa, lots of street parking, highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again!
