The location was only minutes from town, the breakfast had many choices with home made Italian cakes and this was the only place which provided us with water. The room was clean and bright.

I liked evrything: our room, real breakfast (different from others in private accommodation), the atmosphere, decoration, but above all the host and their hospitality. I will definitelly recommend this accommodation to my friends.

Family house, owner was wonderful. Nice new room with all you need. Great garden with playground for kids. Awesome breakfast.

Finding the place can be a bit tricky

Fantastic hosts and facilities. Units located in courtyard and also in the upper floors. Easy parking and central location. Great location to use as a base for all of the local points of interest.

Attentive host; Salvatore gave us numerous suggestions how to best enjoy our time in Oristano, but also in other places of Sardinia. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the room was very clean and had everything one needed. The place itself has a lot of character: to me it felt like real countryside. No problem with parking adds to great stay.

There was NOTHING to not like!

Room was clean, comfortable bed, A/C worked. Located on a quiet residential street, a few blocks from restaurants and pedestrian streets. Breakfast buffet was simple, but fine. On site parking is a plus.

The inner courtyard needs clean-up and removal of junk. Not a good first impression, although the room was good.

Sa Domu e Crakeras exceeded our expectations. It was full of character, clean, close to shops and restaurants and felt very homely and comfortable. Our room was clean, comfy bed, our own bathroom. Breakfast in the converted barn was wonderful and our host Salvatore made us really welcome. He even collected us and dropped us back at the train station. He was knowledgeable about the area, and gave us suggestions for what to do while we were there. We would definitely go back and stay there again.

The warm welcome by Salvatore. The great breakfast - yummy cakes made by his wife. The nice room with the great shower (good pressure and warm). The closeness to the city centre. The available parking.

It's a good place to stay near the city center because it has private parking.. The host is very welcoming and speaks several languages. The public areas are very rustic . The shower was large and lots of hot water. The room was quiet. You could not hear your neighbors or street noise.

We loved Salvatore, the owner, such a friendly and likeable person who spoke excellent English. The property is “rustic” which we love. It’s not 5 star but then you are not paying 5 star. It’s excellent value for money. Parking is on site and location is 300 metres from Centrale. Ideal. Local fish restaurant was top notch.

Be careful to get room that has been double glazed as road outside can be noisy. Ours was lovely and quiet.

A great choice if you're staying in Oristano. A very friendly host who will make sure that your stay is enjoyable. Parking is available in a closed garden. The location is 10/10 - easily accessible by car and in the city centre so you can walk around. We were staying at the beginning of May, so the room was a bit cold but as we learned along the way, that was the case at all our stays in Sardinia. The breakfast was a nice addition. All in all a great choice if you're staying in Oristano.

Excellent location for visiting the town. Our host was very welcoming with a lot of information. Spoke a lot of English and enjoyed doing so. The breakfast was excellent, and an opportunity to meet other guests.
