You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwitzerlandMy room was next to the kitchen and the door/walls not very soundproof. So I could easily hear when someone was in the kitchen or in the little living room.
The bed and breakfast is fantastic! Clean, spacious, lovingly decorated and with a very nice garden where you can relax. Everything like on the pictures. My room had direct access to the garden. The BnB is ideal, if you have a car, there is plenty of parking possibilities around and all the beautiful beaches of the Sinis-Peninsula can be reached within 30mins drive max. Luciano is a very friendly and accommodating host. Every morning prepares a fantastic breakfast with local food and specialties. All the guests were sitting together, which was nice for me as I was traveling alone and had some company for breakfast :) Thank you so much, I would always come back again!

Excellent friendly host. Fantastic breakfast: strawberries, youghurt, cereals, jams, coffee, fresh pastries and so on. Stylish and unique apartment, excellent location near Cabras good fish restaurants.

This accomodation was exceptionally clean and very tastefully furnished. It has a beautiful little garden with nice little sitting areas in the sun and shade. The breakfast was of very high quality. Luciano was a perfect host and gave very good tips for restaurants and sightseeing. This is the ideal location for visitors who want to visit Tharros and the Sinis beaches and who like a personal touch.

GermanyWe loved staying in Sa Ribera! The hosts were exeptionel, gave us awesome tips what to so, where to eat, where to go. We felt very welcome. We adored their pets Bella and Mirlina and played with them in their nice little garden, where you can also keep your wet stuff from the beach to dry. The breakfast was also awesome. There were yummy cornetti filled with pistaccio or chocolate or other delicious things, fruit, cerials and self made marmelade. The room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable to lie on, everything was clean and there was a mini fridge as well. The beaches near the Lagoon are beautiful and very unique. We'd definitley come back. Grazie mille e a dopo!
