You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomOutdoor terrace needed some TLC. Not as photo on website. Bbq in an unusable condition. Frequent power outages. Welcome pack with essentials(milk, water etc) would have been a nice touch as no supermarket close by. No blinds in Kitchen/lounge area.

New ZealandProperty was still difficult to locate, even though we had watched the video. Some extra signage may have been helpful. We arrived when it was pouring down with rain, so we all had to huddle under a small shelter at a place where the taxi could get to, and then one of us had to go & find the villa. About 60 metres from the air bnb. The power cut out twice & this was due to overloading the circuit in the kitchen. Easily remedied by resetting the outside breaker switch.
The villa was lovely with nice views of the lake & the main bedroom is lovely & spacious. The bathrooms all lovely (3 of them at the property).

South KoreaI recently stayed at this villa with my three family members for 4 days and, unfortunately, our experience was not very pleasant. There were several issues that significantly impacted our stay: Broken Hair Dryer: The villa provided only one hair dryer, which was broken. This was quite inconvenient for a family of four. Limited Toilet Paper: For a stay of 4 days with 4 guests, only three toilet paper rolls were provided. We had to go out and purchase additional supplies ourselves. Water Pressure and Supply: The water pressure in the two showers was very low, and there was a lack of consistent water supply. This made showering a frustrating experience. Inconsistent Parking: Although free parking is advertised, it is available only depending on your luck. We had trouble finding a spot on multiple occasions. Master Bedroom Shower: Using the shower in the master bedroom made the entire room extremely humid, rendering it almost unusable. Weak Wifi: The wifi connection on the ground floor was very weak, which was an issue as we rely heavily on internet access for various needs. Overall, the villa did not meet our expectations, and these issues need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.
The villa was very clean. We received a prompt support from the staff via whatsapp.
