In the room there was not any machine to make a coffee or tea. Also there was not daily refill of the shower shampoo and we had to buy.

Location was perfect for this type of trip. Did not see this jacuzzi in the photo, originally thought it was part of the room, but never saw it.

What an absolute Gem of a find this boutique hotel is. The Location, the size and cleanliness of the room where fantastic. The view from our room of the church across the street was beautiful. Bathroom was great, shower was powerful and the hot tub in the room was great. Breakfast was good too, you receive a 3 tiered stand with a variety of breakfast choices. We will definately be returning to this hotel. Located on the main shopping street and 4 min walk to the Spanish steps, lovely restaurants in every direction.

Very nice small hotel in the perfect location to immerse yourself in Roman City Center life. You feel at the heart of the City, free to walk everywhere or just watch the crowds from your window. Wonderfull view of spectacular church. Comfortable bed, good furniture to accomodate needs. Good minibar & fridge.

The set up of the facilities was something I was not familiar with. Common areas where non available since the "hotel" was in a building were other homes and businesses are, and we were in need of space to work while traveling

The bathroom started to smell slightly when we came back from being out all day. The breakfast was not really that great it was all sweet items lots of them which was good but we would have been happy with just a plain croissant each and some none slimy ham and cheese or toast jam and butter but we couldn’t get butter as there seemed to be a language barrier even when I asked for it in Italian. Also asked for a cafe latte and got a tea which I can’t have luckily I could swap my tea with my husbands espresso which was delicious!

The room was brilliant just what we were after and the location was perfect! Lovely coffee machine as well to enjoy your morning coffee looking out to a church and people walking around. The spa bath with mood lighting was perfect after waking over 20,000 steps a day! On one day we weren’t going to make breakfast because we were going out early and they made up a small plate for us the evening before for that morning which was lovely.

Location was the best place you satay in Rome. Beautiful street full of shops and walking distance from most relevant monuments. The apartment is very big and comfortable. It is perfect for a family with small children. Staff very pleasant that took care of us at all times.

Seriously the ONLY hotel EVER and I stay in 2 a week TO NOT HAVE Tea & Coffee... So unacceptable this is such a simple staple of a hotel stay. Along with being told that I would be charged and extra 20 Euro if I arrived after 10pm.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities, which was disappointing. The wardrobe very quite small and the toilet food was very difficult to lock and reopen.

Very friendly staff, special thanks to Mizan for his extra kindness and friendliness! 👏☀️The room in the second floor of a beautiful ancient building was very tidy with very comfy beds(one double and one single) and a modern, clean bathroom with perfect spacious shower plus one free bottle of water:-) - also the area directly on Via del Corso very close to the Spanish Steps is perfect (and there is an elevator:-))! Just to know: If you get a room looking into the little yard you dont hear any street noise but if you sleep with open windows, you hear a little „brumm“ from the airconditions and little engines in the backyard - but we could sleep well and you still always can close the windows ;-)in this particular room we took there are nice green plants in front of the window - because its in a kind of „brick corner“ of the backyard,there is daylight but not too bright, otherwise that makes the room very cosy(next time we might check out a room with two beds facing the street or with more daylight on the backside, but that‘s our personal taste )- overall a great place to stay, we will definitely come back to this nice hotel!
