Beautiful setting with sea views. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was delicious. Freshly squeezed orange juice superb scrambled eggs to home cooked raspberry pie. Wonderful two night stay.

Small tweaks to recommend - bathroom fan very noisy, not enough hooks/shelves in bathroom for personal toiletries. Could use a shelf near long mirror so one could use it to get ready while other is using bathroom.

No Elevator and stairs that are like a fire station. Have to go several floors to reach the terrace roof. Should be told that the parking is far away from Hotel. Best to ask for Terrace suite, the seaview suites are nice but small and really no worthwhile views.

The breakfast and staff were incredible. Did everything you could have asked and more. They brought my bags from a faraway parking lot and brought them to my room. Amazing Happy Hour on the terrace roof. Great views and in the historic area of town.

We had a fantastic stay at San Michele Suite !! Everything was exceptional from the room to the staff, to the plentiful breakfast. Most of all the staff were all so kind and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

The location could not have been more perfect-I actually cried when I saw the view! The rooms were very well appointed, comfortable and in the center of town. The staff went above and beyond serving drinks, food and travel advice. We were very well cared for and absolutely loved our spacious, beautiful room (family of 4 with 2 grown children).

We reserved the family suite, and the view was beyond incredible. Everything was easy from beginning to end, including meeting us at the parking lot and transferring us to the hotel, check in, apertivo, and delicious breakfast. The staff go beyond to make a wonderful experience

Amazing location right in the heart of the polignano a mare centro storico. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and were very communicative. They even sent a full team of 4 people to assist us with our luggage out of the taxi. The facilities were clean and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop view was incredible. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
