It was all good!

Everything! The beds are super comfortable, excellent location, you are not in the center (middle of caos) but you are super close to the train stating and bus stops, public transportation makes it super easy to get around so this place is optimal. Additionally you have a lot of restaurants and places to eat and they are so delicious and at a very good price The checkin was super easy, place is clean and Giuseppe is always willing to help with any questions you may have

Air conditioning was not perfect. There was little or less cooling in the room. Specially for the person sleeping farther away from it. It was still bearable.

Location and access to good restaurants and cafe. Owner was very kind and responsive to all queries we had.

There was very noisy from the street, and from the neighbours. I couldn’t sleep even the window was closed. And the room is very very small. There wasn’t enough space to open my suitcase.

It is very nice room. Comfortable bathroom, very good mattress. I really liked the room.

This hotel doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, but when it does have his comfort and location, which is what I’m always seeking when I go to a big city like Rome. Right out the door or some of the best restaurants. In fact, I had the same spaghetti with Ragu two nights in a row at the same restaurant. The hotel has a new combination system where you don’t have a key and I loved that. The bed was wonderfully comfortable the bathroom spacious and everything was spotless. I cannot wait to come back to Rome and use this as my go to hotel.

i loved my stay at Sandel!! Giusepppe was so amazing and kind. I am a Cancer patient traveling around Europe tasting the world after 18 cruel months on chemo. Giusepppe helped me out last minute on Easter when my original hotel over booked and didn't want to assist me at all. it was a very bad experience and I was very upset. after chatting with Giuseppe on Whatsapp to arrange for an early arrival last minute, he cured all my anxiety problems and helped me relax to enjoy Roma. I am so grateful for him and his kindness especially since it was Easter and I know he was with his family. but he made me feel like family and helped me with every question and recommendation. if you need anything, don't hesitate to chat with him. it's a brand new hotel and they love to help make your stay comfortable. updated facilities and very clean (important for immunocompromised people!). I had the single room with a balcony view and it was amazing. I loved opening the doors and feeling the fresh Roma air everyday. I think I only closed them when it rained. the room was perfect for a solo traveler. mini fridge, desk, chair, huge closet for storage and hanging clothes and the bathroom was so nice! perfect hot water and wonderful shower pressure. the bed was new and firm and comfortable with two fluffy pillows!! sheets were clean with no stains or concerns. and the bathroom towels were so soft!!! and the Wi-Fi was strong. having an elevator was excellent with my over packed bag 😁 plus for long days walking and when my legs couldn't climb anymore stairs.. it's super close to the train terminal. easy access to city center via buses but I used the Lime scooters and bikes nearly everyday, and night! night rides around Roma are highly recommended! beautiful park near by for relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely loved the fresh pressed juice and espresso bar right outside the main door! fresh fruit and healthy breakfast and lunch options too.

I was solo traveling and felt totally confortable on my stay. Great location, felt safe all the time I was there. The individual room I stayed in had everything I needed and I was surprised to find that even though I knew there were other people in the hotel, there was no noise inside the room, so I had a great rest every night (something I highly appreciate as I was walking all day).

The location is perfect! You are not in the middle of busy crowd but you are close enough to access everywhere and everything. The check in process was super easy. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The host was helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Grazie! :)

It was my second time in Rome and I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is very cozy with a good and friendly people. I had a nice time and after walk a lot in Rome a could have a nice bath and then sleep in a confortable bad. Everything is very clean and brand new!

Excellent location, quiet street and close to termini. Owner was very kind and organised transport for me and, as I was in a hurry dropping off bags, was flexible.

Mosquitoes, no bath essentials (shower gel, shampoo) despite they are saying they have them. A little far from the center and long trip buses never on time as they had to go through busy streets. And still can hear noises, restaurants, morning garbage collections. Bathroom is weird only half glass cover of the bathtub. So bathroom floor always got wet whenever I took shower.

the room smelled like cigarette smoke; the smell had permeated the drapes and other soft surfaces. The hotel lobby and hallways also smell of cigarettes. AC worked good, but it was on the lowest setting (10c), while the room only cooled down to ~22c.

clean, quite room. staff was great...they gave us the bldg code the day b4 so that we could drop off our luggage early in the morning b4 check in. elevator was great.

Great location, far enough out that it wasn’t busy but only 20 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Very quiet room perfect for sleeping. Giuseppe let us keep our bags at the hotel and pick them up later. Easy check in service, would recommend!

I arrived from Firenze by train and was going to take a taxi to the hotel, but was delighted to see that it was a simple 15 minute walk to the hotel. The location was ideal for just walking around Rome (also appreciated the available paper maps).
