A lovely hotel, very friendly staff. The breakfast choice was great. The restaurant for dinner was also excellent with knowledgable waiting staff. Location was very convenient and the view from our balcony made it special. If we visit Perugia again we would definitely stay there again.

Booked a quadruple room for a family of four. Got two rooms with an adjoining bathroom between the rooms. Great to have a bit of separation rather than being in all in one room. Good breakfast. Parking nearby for a small fee.

A bit unreasonable to be charged for use of pool per day ! Plus wear a cap. Staff could be more affable and approachable.

Nothing - but there is no kettle and, being English, I do like a late night cup of tea. However, the staff were happy to provide a flask of hot water and cups so this wasn't a big deal.

The staff were extremely attentive. I had a medical issue and they helped me to get help from an out of hours doctor service. The hotel location is just outside the old city but has easy access via the escalators and to the central bus station. Just a great hotel in general.

Excellent location - close to centro storico. Well appointed hotel - offering high quality comfort and level of service. Unfussy friendly service - good amenities for a city centre hotel and very decent value for money.

It was in the very good location. Transportation is not very good in perugia so it was so good to be close to everything. Also flixbus statiton is just next to the hotel. The room wasnt small. Breakfast was very good we really enjoyed.

Not many facilities such as an outdoor pool. The gym and indoor pool are not included when you book a room. It would have been nice to have a balcony in the room.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Place is clean and rooms seem to have been recently refurbished. The location is just outside the Perugia fortification walls and well connected with the lifts just round the corner from the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Everything at this accommodation Sangallo Palace Hotel was perfect!! Nothing to complain about. Beautiful big sized rooms, very clean, great breakfast, staff very easy going and friendly. I most definitely will book again for future visits. Close to shops, including the bus station that’s right outside the hotel so that’s very convenient

Decor was somewhat bland in the rooms. Had to wear a swimming cap in the swimming pool.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was in a quiet location a short walk from the city centre. There was a good choice at breakfast. Check in was efficient.

The breakfast was 'OK'!

We only stayed for one night but the room was more than adequate. It was spacious if a little sparse with a good ensuite. The hotel is just outside the city walls but there are escalators only a short uphill walk from the hotel. Staff at the hotel spoke excellent English and were very helpful.

Our bed was much too firm for us which meant we didn't really get a proper night's sleep which was a shame as it was quiet at night aside from occasional door banging or loud talking in the corridor when other guests came in at night. There were lots of large tables reserved for groups at breakfast and very few for couples. Would've liked the option of making a hot drink in our room but you could get hot water at the bar in reception. The cleaner changed our towels every day despite a sign saying we could reuse if we left them hanging up. Having to pay 7 euros per person per visit if you wanted to use the swimming pool. We didn't bother.

The hotel location - quiet, as away from the centre, but just a short walk to escalators taking you into the town. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Air con was quiet and we could leave it on low overnight to keep cool (day time temperatures while we were there was in low-mid 30s so still in mid 20s during night). Soundproofing was good between rooms. They had teapots at breakfast!
