This place is a real gem in the heart of Catania. Great location and the apartment is unique with its style and atmosphere. Our host Ludovico was so nice and helpful taking very good care of us and providing tasty breakfast - even a homemade apple pie that was fantastic. I recommend this place 100% - it is part of Catania history as well. The bed was very comfortable, the linen and the towels smelled amazing. We would love to come back one day!

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome in this stunning apartment, which is tastefully restored and decorated and is a credit to Ludovico. The location was fantastic and within easy walking distance to many of the piazzas where you will find plenty of places to visit, eat and shop. Ludovico has thought of everything and the breakfast trolley that awaited us each morning was laden with a wonderful array of food for anyone’s tastebuds.

Woaw. Awesome suite. We were warmly welcomed by Ludovico the owner, with nice welcome speach about the history of the building and wonderful rooms we could use beside the bedroom. Salty, sweet and fruity breakfast everyday, also with the homemade cake. Coffe, tea, milk, anything available. Absolut privacy during our stay. Ludovico willing to help and advise any info we needed, restaurants recommendation, etc.. Great location in the city center, close to the train and bus station -10mins walk. We felt like in the fairytale.

The photos on booking match the room: very carefully furnished, beautifully decorated: you feel at home straight away! Ludovico is an extremely attentive and kind person. You won't find a better host, because everything is carefully thought out to make you feel warmly welcomed from the very first minute. Ludovico will give you great advice on where to eat. We would also like to thank Federico from the bottom of our hearts for being so friendly and positive. In the evening there it was a bad smell from a restaurant near I guess? A noise from some type of an elevator could be heard in the room too. Another thing is that the breakfast is very similar every day. It was always something sweet, different cakes and croissants.
The location of the suite is perfect. It is right in the centre of Catania. It is near to the airport too, just 15 minutes with the Alibus. The host Ludovico was very kind. We arrived at around midnight and he was waiting for us. We have a full minibar from him when we arrived.
