Mario! The welcome was beyond any expectations. He was super helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The property is in a great location which we enjoyed exploring.

We had a great stay in this room located in the historical centre of Naples. The area is beautiful, full of character, and within walking distance to many key sights, restaurants, and cafes. The room itself was very clean and well-kept, providing a comfortable place to relax after exploring the city. The owner was extremely polite and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Naples!

Located perfectly in one of the side street at the end of old town part, the Sant'Alfonso Appartment is situated in one of a typical residential building of the area, with super-nice and helpful residents. During last days of May 25, the Sant'Alfonso, consisting of several individual rooms and the reception (with no regular service), was really calm place to be - no partying inside, etc., I even did not meet anyone inside (although other guests were present in the rooms). Garibaldi station is just about 15-minute leisure walk, many groceries and bars around (but not in this street - Via delle Zitte is used for housing and crossing only - so you are conventienly prevented from the biggest wave of Neapolitan heart noises). Just make a few steps and you'll be in the Via dei Tribunali, which is the artery of historical centre. Shortly speaking, everything beautifully essential is walking-distance away from you. The appartment was spacious, with nice balcony situated to the street, so I enjoyed my view on all those laundry hanging across the street. I particularly loved the generous size of the shower and the drawer. Huge TV with VOD was there too, so the hair dryer and some basic cosmetics. The cleaning service was available on daily basis, so the lovely pressing espresso machine (Didiese frog) and tea selection was 24/7 available. Mario, the host, was attentive, fluent in English, and with understanding for my requests. I hope I will be back soon! :)

Great location in the old town, spacious room with modern bathroom and a nice little balcony. They let us store luggage until our next hotel was ready and gave us loads of local tips and information which was brilliant.

I can't say enough about the wonderful host. He was incredibly helpful. The location is so close to almost anything you could want. And many great places to eat, within walking distance. If I could give this place an 11 I would. Highly recommend.

The location is the best! Host is very nice and gave us some tips about what to do in Naples. There was free water and coffee in shared kitchen.

WiFi is glitchy but that's not the hosts fault necessarily.

The host was incredibly gracious and helpful. Most of the room was like brand new, great bathroom/ shower. All very clean. Very hospitable. Coffee / water available. Conveniently located. May be a little off-putting to go in multiple locked doors to get to the room- but actually it is very safe and friendly.

The only thing I would change, just a little, would be the lighting. The fixtures are lovely, but all of the bulbs in our room were bright white. It would be ideal to have a mix of bright lighting and lower warm lighting for the small lamps next to the bed and on the desk, for night time.

Mario the host was wonderful, giving us tips for exploring the neighborhood in the short time we had. He also helped us book an airport cab and just made sure we were cozy and comfortable in the space. There was free coffee, water, and a fridge available in a little communal area shared by a few rooms on our floor.

Very well placed, easy to get to all important touristic objectives. The room was very clean, big and with all the needed facilities. The area is very safe, with a lot of things to do and the host was very helpful.

Maybe move the wifi router a bit Closer to the rooms - is is not loosing connection that often.

The location is perfect. The room is spacious, the entire accommodation was clean and quiet. Mario was more than just an excellent host to my arrival and also during the stay ( providing a lot of recommandations where to eat and what to see - but most important for me - showing a great Neapolitan vibe) Thank you!

Nothing, this room was impeccable

Well, first of all, the rooms are located in the very heart of napoli, which made it really easy for us to reach points of interest around the city by foot. Napoli is a buzzing and beautiful city and this neighbourhood is too and the cute balcony is the best way to observe that. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and well equiped and the room was actually really shiny and spacious Big respect for Mario, incredible host!

LOVED THE LOCATION! In the core of old town and close to soooo many pizza places. The host was absolutely unreal, gave us a brief history on the building and a detailed rundown of where to go.

The apartments were spacious, clean and right in the heart of Naples. 10 minute walk to the train station. Mario was great, he picked us up from the airport and checked us in, albeit our flight was heavily delayed so ended up arriving after midnight, and was always a WhatsApp message away if we had any questions about the stay or things to do in Naples.
