Dear Vlk Karel, We are sorry for your review but unfortunately we had a sudden break in the water system, consequently the room you initially booked was no longer available and in fact we offered you an alternative solution with the same characteristics. We hope to be able to host you again in the future to make you appreciate our peculiarities that have always given us so much satisfaction with customers and their reviews. Unfortunately, sometimes damage can create some discomfort, but I assure you that our commitment to solving problems and putting the Customer at ease is our top priority.
