Draining water from bottom of sink, should be fixed definitely. Locking the door, yep, probably could be improved. Reception could be improved from how it look.

Low cost - be aware of that. Also location, the real one is 40,6617930, 16,6104940, also check attached screenshot. Only after writing the owner through WhatsApp directly, I got response (booking messages are useless), also only after that I received checkin info. The bed good, comfortable, even that a bit squeeky. Bathroom good except it was missing toilet paper (once again, low cost, or I should raise that too, no?). Also hot water and not hot inside at all. Btw historical building kinda so be aware of the look.

the communication with the owner was somewhat difficult, he didn't reply to my WhatsApp nor booking messages. Upon our arrival we had to call the owner with an answer machine on the other end. Only a neighbor next door - a lovely helpful chap - called the owner and resolved this. Parking is 10E which I guess is ok for the location but you are parked within the court place so to be fair could also be free in our opinion. Room itself is just ok. Silly unfinished painting of the walls that ended up on the light switches and other places makes the place look cheap. Bathroom was also ok with a hair dryer but also some hair on the floor... Also no windows so if you need some views or fresh air please consider this. For us this was just an overnight sleep which served the purpose I guess but with little bit of extra care and touch this could be a very lovely looking room.

the only good point for this accommodation is the location which was a main point for us.

The host didn't reply to our message asking which local bus to take to get there. We ended up at the wrong location (the accommodation is at Vico III Casalnuovo) but the host was not willing to pick us up from there. The room has no window but that's what you know in advance.

There’s no windows in the room so no air flow and you might feel a bit claustrophobic.

Quite big room with bathroom shared with one other room, nice balcony. All in good location, not far from historical centre but advantage is non-turistic cafees and normal supermarket nearby.

Noisy place where pets are allowed, in our case 3 dogs have been in the other room and you can hear everything. Sheets haven't been cleaned and it smells disgusting inside because there is no air conditioning.

The location is the only good thing there.

We lost more than 40 minutes to find the exact location of the property. THE ADDRESS SHOWN ON BOOKING.COM IS NOT ACCURATE. And the worst part is that the staff is well aware of that - they told us that most of the tourists arrive at the wrong location. So when you know that why don't you write a message to your future guests that google maps will lead you to a different location from the actual one of the property? Also the person who accommodated us didn't have change when we payed him the city tax. Well, it was a negligible amount but he promised to give it back to us later and I don't like it at all when someone lies to me. There is no window and this was not mentioned anywhere when I made the reservation. The bed was not very comfortable - the mattress was oversized compared to the bed frame and if one rows on edge during the night they could find themselves falling on the floor. Very noisy ventilation system.

They didnt even know that we were in 4 people, they hadn't even prepared properly 4 beds for us. At the end they gave us 2 rooms, two people in each room. Still the beds weren't maid and we had to wait for the staff for hours. We spent a loooot of time on the phone, till the staff came to the hotel to help us out. The internet/ wifi didn't work. What irritated me most, when we were on the phone with the manager, was that he told me "what did you except the rooms and the facility should look like when you paid such a low price".

We looked for the right place for almost 2 hours. The room was terrible, no towels, no blankets, broken door. We couldn't stay there and had to look for another place in the middle of the night...
