Two issues:. need more towels, need to provide access to more water to drink! I drank the bottle provided Iimmediately. I woke up parched and had no ability to get a drink until I went to breakfast

Controlling the air condition was a bit tricky

Beautiful hotel, we had a room in a separate building in the nice and green back yard, felt like our own little cottage! Very friendly staff and very good breakfast.

On a busy road so there is road noise if your room faces onto the road. Mine did but it didn’t really bother me.

Nothing Some people may not like the fact there’s no lift but we were fine

A spotlessly clean hotel with nice facilities including a cute breakfast area (‘secret garden’) Great location for sightseeing and close to a lovely ice cream shop-very welcome in 32+C heat! Really enjoyed our short stay and have to say everyone was very pleasant and helpful!

I have booked a single room which was perfect for my stay and it was air conditioned, one small issue - the room window couldn’t open.

Very nice location, cozy garden, very friendly staff and nice breakfast including espresso or coffee drink by own choice.

Great location walking distance to station / city centre. Nice rooms excellent showers. The garden is lovely for breakfast

Room was fairly modern (despite the emphasis on the old building and quirky antiques) but it was small and the bathroom with its sliding glass door and unusual layout (using the wc could be tricky) was even smaller. Minimal and very basic furniture made any attempt at unpacking very difficult. I personally did not like the breakfast area - felt like we were in a cave.

Good location between the station (10 minutes pulling cases) and the old town (12 minutes walk to the Arena. Although it was on a road with traffic, it was still quiet. Helpful reception staff. Comfortable bed and good room aircon.

Beds were slightly dated and hard and depending on what room you were in there was a bit of noise from the hallway or neighbouring rooms. This seems normal for most older european hotels

Staff were extremly accomadating and welcoming, location was conveniently between the train station and old town. Breakfast was good

Beautiful property only a ten minute walk to the old town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful I felt like I was staying in an Italian family home!

Good location, within 20 minutes easy stroll to central arena area. Nice individual rooms, good comfortable bed with decent bathroom. Excellent breakfast in lovely courtyard and friendly, helpful staff.

The location is good about 10 min walk to the city centre. The building is old but renovated. My room and the bathroom were clean. The bed was comfy and the wi-fi was very good. The breakfast was also good served in the garden. The staff friendly and helpful. I had a comfortable stay and recommend the hotel for solo and young travellers.

A mini fridge in the room would have been helpful to ensure chilled water etc.the bedroom furniture would benefit from a refresh perhaps but all very serviceable and comfortable.

Breakfast was very good, great variety of dishes and a beautiful setting in the secret garden. The air conditioning was very helpful at night. The mezzanine lounge was very good, the tea and coffee was a bonus. Good shower. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly.
