Very small room, containing 6 pilled up garden chairs preventing access to fridge. There was no electricity in the room when we arrived, the meter was not turned on, we waited two hours for the accomodation manager. Very basic facilities, there were no toiletries, just one bottle of liquid soap and toilet paper; the shower leaked large amount of water on the floor, we have no means to clean the water. There is no towel hooks nor space to dry wet towels. There is no bed light. This is not a bed & breakfast. This is a very small room, and breakfast is served in a caffe in another street 500 meters away - this is not explained on Booking.com therefore it is misleading, misrepresenting the accommodation. The caffe Moreno initially denied knowing anything about the arrangement. We were given vouchers for 2.80 euros daily for breakfast - this is insufficient and unacceptable. The accommodation manager is non-responsive to our complaints. We are unhappy in this accommodation. The gardener arrived at 7.30 am this morning to noisily clear and clean the patio, and we were still sleeping. So we left after one night of three. The bed linen is inadequate - the top sheet is too small (too narrow) therefore not enough to cover both of us. The bed cover is not clean, with many dried stains and grease marks. It's very disappointing. We were cold during the night - there is no blanket. At the age of 70+, we have travelled extensively and don't remember staying at such a poor place. We came here for our wedding anniversary, it's all very disappointing! In our opinion this small room and poor service does not reflect the ratings given on Booking.com.
