Over all the experience is very pleasant and personal. This hotel is run by a loving professional family. Felt very family friendly and kid friendly . They went above and beyond to make our experience better. Food was delicious.

Nothing major but simple things like coffee machine in the room. More options of savory breakfast options will make the experience even better.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! Hotel staff – super kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Truly top-notch service all around! We loved absolutely everything about this hotel – there’s honestly nothing we could say as a disadvantage. The chef is a master of his craft – every meal was an unforgettable experience. Be sure to book breakfast and dinner for your stay! The interior and exterior of the hotel are simply stunning, with vibrant, well-maintained flowers and elegant decor that give the entire place a magical atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, making the stay even more relaxing. The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic – spacious, clean, and perfect for unwinding. And the alpine sauna? Absolutely excellent – a true oasis of wellness. And let’s not forget the terrace view – breathtaking panoramic scenery that made every morning and evening feel special. This place is a hidden gem and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly, HIGHLY recommended! 5⭐️ HOTEL!

I always write at least something as a suggestion at least. But not this time. Can not think of anything to add here. All was perfect 100%.

The view from the hotel was to die for. It overlooks the town and has very beautiful grounds. The outdoor sauna was very rustic. The rooms and rest of the hotel is very dated.l but it was clean. The workers were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Would return for the amazing location and views!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Scherlin. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, from the warm-hearted hostess and her two “big babies” to the cheerful young woman and man who served delicious breakfasts and dinners with a smile. Dinners featured both a generous buffet and a three-course menu, offering a wide variety of choices, just perfect for recharging after a full day of hiking in the stunning mountains. The hotel’s wellness facilities were a real highlight: free access to swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzis, fitness rooms, spacious terraces, and comfortable loungers gave us plenty of opportunity to relax and unwind. The location is also ideal, with breathtaking views over Ortisei, Seceda, and Sassolungo. The complimentary shuttle service (Bus No. 172) provided by the hotel stops right at the front door and brought us to the centre of Ortisei in just 15 minutes. Our room and all public areas were spotlessly clean every day. There is ample free parking, and the hotel even offers two charging stations for electric cars. All in all, our stay at Hotel Scherlin was truly wonderful, and we are already looking forward to coming back again next time!

Hotel Scherlin is such a beautiful place and all the staff really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The views were stunning and the free bus into town was so handy, it was lovely coming back after a long day walking to the big, refreshing pool and sauna. The breakfast was amazing, and the 4 course dinner they put on every evening is worth every penny. The team put in so many lovely touches, from a room with a view to packing us a lunch to take with us when we had to leave early for our flight. Everyone was so friendly and we hope to go back!

The property is very clean – our room was spotless, well-maintained, and nicely equipped. There’s a beautiful view from both the hotel and the balcony. The staff are extremely friendly, always smiling, and genuinely trying their best. The pool is great, and the location is quite convenient. A big advantage is the bus stop right in front of the hotel. The dinners were truly excellent – a wide variety of dishes and very tasty food.

Breakfast is quite basic – nothing special, especially for guests who prefer healthy options. There could be a wider selection of vegetables and healthier choices.

Loved our stay!! Facilities were amazing - used the pool, outdoor sauna and hot tub every day! Rooms were clean and spacious, and the balcony had the best view. Breakfast every morning was great as well! Definitely need a car as it is a bit out of the city centre.

There's no streaming services on the TV and no kettle for tea/coffee to enjoy on the balcony

Very friendly place, felt so well looked after, the breakfasts and dinner were so good , highly recommend to include dinner in your booking. Enjoyed the swimming pools and the bus stop right outside

Could this place be any better? The stunning view, the location, the spa, sauna and heated pool, the wonderful meals and the lovely staff. We sincerely hope to return one day!

View from the room was fantastic....the high Dolomites were still snow covered!...and there was a lovely deck to sit in the afternoon sun.

The people running this hotel, the facilities, the way you can look down into the valley from the outdoors swimming pool, THE FOOD.... Just perfect! Oh and the renovated rooms look really nice too!
