Our host, Paola, was absolutely lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment, though small, was a charming Italian-style room with everything we needed. The location was perfect—just steps from the metro, making it easy to reach the city center in 8–10 minutes. Vatican Square was also within walking distance, only about 5–8 minutes away. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Not a minus, just a thought, the pillows were really hard and would’ve been more comfortable if they were a bit on the softer side, but this is personal preference.

The room was a bit on the small side, with rather limited space for storing things. There was quite a bit of noise from the backyard. Both not a real issue.

Paola was very, very nice and helpful. She couldn't meet us in person but led us through the whole check-in process by phone, with clear and understandable instructions. The room we rented is part of an apartment, there were 4 rooms altogether, with private bathroom and a shared kitchen. Everything was very clean and tidy, the kitchen well equipped, with an awesome coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob. The room was nicely furnished and decorated. The location is brilliant, just a few minutes to the Vatican and the next subway. A supermarket is just meters away, and there are a couple of restaurants close by.

Paolo was very friendly and very helpful with recommendations of things to see and restaurants and Gelatos to try The location is also very convenient and centrally located! The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and unpredictable.

Nothing, everything was much more than we could've expected considering the price.

The location is amazing, right next to vatican city. There's a metrostation around the corner and many great restaurants at walking distance. The room itself was great, there's a shared kitchen which provides everything you need if you were to eat in (not that you should, you're in Rome...). The host was also super nice and helpful. We felt very welcome and are very happy we found this place!

Scipioni Suites had everything we needed, can not fault it in any way. The apartments are in a great area very close to The Vatican City, Metro ,Restaurants etc. Paola met us there and showed us where everything was and how it worked. Shared kitchen, cereal, tea and coffee was a nice touch. We had a fantastic time.

A little welcome bag with bottled water and some basic snacks to hold us over until we got acclimated.

No breakfast provided, which we knew before booking. Paola went above and beyond for our comfort. We can’t thank her enough for her help.

Paula recommended ways to access the property from the airport right down to restaurants. we ate at Dino e Tony as recommended by Paula and it was great!!! we liked the close proximity to the Vatican and accessing the Metro was great and quick wàlk (less than 5 mins) into the sites of Rome such as Trevi fountain, pantheon, colloseum. would recommend staying here

One of the beds was near the bathroom and when the toilet was flushed, water fell on the bed.

The location is very good. In addition, you have coffee and tea at your disposal. The owner served us perfectly.

With a unique decoration, you have a shared kitchen and a private room with bathrooms. Staffs were really polite and welcoming. The place is well located, comfortable and clean. As in the pictures.

There is no thing to complain. Everything is great.

It was absolutely perfect. Room is clean and cozy, with air condition and comfortable beds, TV and WiFi. Common kitchen is full equipped, very spacious. Localisation is perfect! We had great time there! I'm sure, I will come back there next time!

The room and beds were smaller than I expected. Not a big issue for me.

The apartment's location is ideal, just a short walk to Saint Peter's Basilica, and transportation to Rome's attractions and the airport is convenient. Check-in was seamless. The hostess was friendly, offering clear instructions on kitchen facilities and great dining and sightseeing recommendations. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Overall, I had a good stay.
